Bought furniture expecting top quality and honesty from the owners only to hear the little short delivery driver complain of picking up the merchandise because its not what I expected. And now Im receiving billing statements from Florida asking for payment, I thought I was going to make payments in the store here in Big Spring Tex. Yes, there's something you can do , call Florida & let them know you picked up the merchandise.

We recently furnished our new home with furniture from Elrod's. They were wonderful. They took the time to show us all our options and everything was very reasonable priced. Our new home timeline got pushed out longer than we anticipated and staff were very accommodating on storing our furniture until we were ready. The delivery guys were super nice and very careful bringing in the furniture. I would highly recommend Elrod's furniture!
