I spent many years working for a large, international engineering company (350k employees), and during that time, X-Press Micro served us very well as part of our supply chain solution. Dedicated, competent teams (and good backup), plus an insistent drive for quality. In particular, I can highly recommend Misty Chichurka as the most critical member of their team. Her professional support has been exceptional over the years.

We received low quality and defective merchandise from this company. I would recommend to avoid them at all costs as they refused to answer our calls afterwards.

Super responsive, professional and resourceful. When I mistakenly thought a hard drive I had was bad, I was told I could come swap it out. When I had a silly question about how the drive would fit in the computer they took the time to think about it with me, asked a question of a guru "in the back". Prices were unbeatable, but I was really happy because I was greeted by genuine, thoughtful people even though I only made a total of $50 in purchases.

Not very good in terms of an ebay seller. Tried to make an offer on a part that was 3X the next seller's price, they offered me 4 dollars less, then changed the price to less than the offer they made me, not one day later.
Usually I try to shop locally, but these guys' customer service is lacking. Also took them almost 2 days to get back to me. Plenty of other parts out there that ship faster than the turn around from X-Press micro's customer service.
