Had my amp (fender hotrod deluxe) malfunction a couple years ago and searched around to find someone to repair it. Someone - I think lambs music - recommended Mike. I can’t remember if he told me he’s an electrical engineer or not but that’s the vibe I got. He knows his stuff and I am now a customer for life. Mike is my go to from here on out, I won’t let anyone else touch my equipment. Bless you Mike!

Mike did an excellent job repairing my solid-state Fender Princeton amp. Price was very reasonable and turnaround was half what he had estimated. I will definitely use him again!

Mike was very helpful diagnosing the problem with my Roland digital piano. He was also very helpful in directing me to a specialized repairman. I appreciate how courteous he was on the phone with me. I highly recommend him and his services.

Mike is a great amp tech! Brought my Vox AC15c1 in to fix a rattle coming from inside at high volumes. He was able to determine that the preamp tubes had failed.Really appreciated him working with my schedule and helping me get the amp fixed in a short amount of time. Will definitely bring my other amps in for service in the future!

Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable from the moment I spoke with him over the phone. Got my amp fixed up quickly and educated me on how to self bias my amp for next time. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

took my amp to mike for repairs. he quoted me a price and communicated each time he needed to order another part. he did an excellent job and his price was very reasonable. he did his best to fix my amp for the least expense. i highly recommend Mike.

took my amplifier in to be repaired. mike gave me a call quickly, let me know what the issue was and informed me of a couple of upgrades he could do while it was still on his workbench. I can honestly say that i have never been happier with an amplifier’s tone, I would absolutely trust mikes work/advice again and would without a doubt recommend others to do the same

Extremely Unprofessional Service! Could not fix my amp (which is ok) but it was taken apart (I assume) & returned with the screws removed & in baggie with the explanation that they could not get them back in. I got home & screwed them back in myself. They charged 45$ fee & gave my amp back without reassembling what they took apart. Ridiculous Service!

My 2 month old Fender Superchamp X2 was experiencing tube rattle that was driving me crazy. Fender customer service sent me to Mike Shadowen to fix the amp under warranty. Mike replaced the factory tubes with higher quality JJ tubes, added silicon tube dampeners, and adjusted the tube bias, all at no cost to me. Not only was the rattle entirely eliminated, but the amp sounded better than it did before. It was clear that Mike is a highly experienced amplifier technician. He's also a genuine guy who was cool to talk to while he fixed my amp. I would use Mike's services again without a doubt.
