The gentleman working was extremely kind enough to help me fix the child lock on my vehicle. He had a full lot and still took a few minutes of his time to help me with the door. He doesn’t realize how much he helped me that day while I was at work!! Thank you!!

Steve is a absolute blessing. The door latch on my vehicle stopped working. Before I came here I went to another shop and the man were very nonchalant did not look at the vehicle just took my number and told me he would call me within two hours with a price. Because of the reviews I decided to come here as well. Steve were very nice, he came out to look at the vehicle, then he found me a solution that did not cost me any money to have it fixed. He printed out the paperwork to show that there was a recall for the door latch and I took it to Ford to have it fixed for free. I thank God for him. The other guy called hours later to advise $380 but I advised him I went somewhere else and received great service and information. If there is another problem I will be coming here to have my vehicle repaired.

This was by far the best experience that I have had when it comes to vehicle repair. Steve and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. He communicated with me every step of the way on my status of my vehicle repairs. I will be a repeat customer for all of my vehicle repair needs. I recommend them hands down!!!!!!

I take my truck here for every issue I have with it. They're honest and reasonably priced. They'll also try to work with you if the repairs are out of your price range. I'm unfortunately getting my transmission replaced this time. I wouldn't trust the work to be done anywhere else. They have a lifelong customer with me and my family!

These guys did me a solid on my 7.3.
Needed a starter put in ASAP. Not only did they squeeze it in their extremely busy schedule but also helped me with a ride there AND back. ?

Hello, I’m new to the Fort Worth area, I was praying for a honest , thorough, mechanic. I read the reviews on this place. OMG!!!! In my opinion our reviews are not doing this place justice. Steve the owner and the employees are kind and professional. The customer service are a cut above what I’ve personally experienced. For me It’s has been hard to find mechanics to see as a person instead of $$$$. Not saying all have treated me in this manner but my passed experiences has left me skeptical. I rarely write reviews, I just think this place is review worthy. They didn’t look at me as a dollar sign. Thank you, Steve and company.

I can't say enough good things about Fort Worth Automotive and especially Steve. My car was in bad shape when I took it in and now it runs so well. In dealing with Steve I was so impressed. I had been to another mechanic previously who could not diagnose the problem and told me I would be okay. Steve was so kind and professional and saved me money. So happy to have found Ft. Worth Automotive! We are new to the area and needed a reliable auto mechanic. Nissan in this area doesn’t want to service older vehicles. We found Ft. This is awesome and so accommodating! I was working on my own vehicle and ran into an issue when my cv axle wouldn’t come out of my hub. Fort Worth Automotive let me drop off my loose part and pressed out my axle for me, free of charge!!
