By far the WORST place to do business with. Highly unprofessional and unethical practices. Bruce the guy in “charge’ was bullying the worker that was leading me to the counter for assistance. Mind you, I can understand that there could have been some issues going on. However, professionalism and customer service should stand ground above all else. If the employee requires redirection or reprimand then escort them in a professional manner away from customers as not to embarrass them or yourself.Instead this “wannabe manager” made himself look stupid and ignorant, embarrassed the young man and to add insult to injury he proceeded to ARGUE with the customer!! (me)Additionally, Bruce told the young man in a harsh tone that if he “did not proceed to do as he was told then he needs to clock out and go home!” Followed by “Or what are you doing that is so important that you can’t do as told?”To which I stepped in and responded, “Assisting me the customer!” He replied that they were other people that can help me.With this in mind, I was not going to stoop to his level and walked out, I would not trust this place nor would ever have any type of business with Cash America Pawn.Bruce, Why are your so angry? It is apparent that your personal issues have drowned out your sense of purpose. My advice to you is, seek therapy, you need help! You really need some retraining on customer service and leadership.This young man was working hard to provide the best customer service and care and was willing to go above and beyond his level of service. This young man should be commended for taking the initiative that you refused to give.My final thought…The company lacks transparency and goes back on their promises. Apparently customers do not come first nor do they strive for customer service and satisfaction.It is not worth risking your time, money, or reputation to do business with this company. Avoid at all costs.

Going by live time they are not busy but ye5 no one picks up the phone. And the last time I did business with them they tried to steal my games. The guy says we don't give money for games just the system. So since I wasn't going to have my game I just put my games with the console. And when in returned to get my system there was a big mess of where my games were. And they were directly behind the system work with them if you want..

I just like to give this place a good review the management is beyond helpful and very courteous and professional the whole team always helps me out and makes me feel welcome and the deals are super great. The whole store is organized and clean. Pawn brokers Skylar(manager),tripp, and Cason go above and beyond service every visit. I will you coming back and you should too! I scored a new PS4 I love it!

I walked in and out 3 times. First my new craftsman was not accepted Ive used it 3 times. Very new.Second was two brand new Sony wf-c500 very nice ear buds in the unopened boxes. Not accepted.Third time I walked back in with two PS4 2022 video games. they were the new ones. Also not accepted. I was left scratching my head. I only needed like 25 bucks for gas the next couple days. I was under "SURVEILLANCE" the whole time. Wtf³. I'll never go there again. I hate to say what I'm thinking but... Hmmmm

These employees are clueless. They dont know how to read or much less understand the information on their own computer system. Please don't waste your time doing business with this pawn shop. You will only be setting yourself up for frustration. I do not recommend this place. Check out Purple Heart Pawn down the street.

We were looking to buy a ring, and we waited patiently for one of the 4 employees in the store to help us as they were working with other customers, they saw us waiting but as soon as they finished with the other customers they went to the back, and they didn't help us so we left the store and we won't be back. We can spend our money elsewhere. Horrible customer service.
