Paid twice as much then ever paid for custom boots before, never again. Poor fit and poor finish, heal looked like someone used a wood rasp to shape and never bothered to finish.

I bought a pair of custom boots from Mercedes Boot Company in 2008 and they never fit. I actually went in to be fitted, to avoid that problem and still; Ariat boots have been better to and for me than these were. I have now decided to go with a different company for a custom pair, as foreign made mass produced boots just don't last and the Mercedes Boots were so painful that I would never consider giving them money for anything again.

Handmade one pair at a time. Designed by the customer with guidance from a master bootmaker. Personal, friendly service and reasonably priced. I have at least ten pairs of Mercedes boots, they fit perfectly right out of the box and last for years and years. I wear them for dress, I ride in them, get them wet and covered with manure. They last like quality things do. I'll always buy Mercedes boots.

Love the people that work there and the work that they do is amazing. If you need a pair of boots that truly fit your foot and exactly the way you want them you should definitely go see them.
