VERY unfriendly, catty, staff and owner who doesn't even give you the time of day unless you're a young chick. One of the women had the nerve to give me a hard time when I was tipping, I normally tip very well, she demanded that I tip both people a lot when service was bad. I won't be back there, have given it several chances but the last two times I was made to wait for an hour just to get someone to help me. My time is very valuable and I won't waste it there again. There are far better, friendlier places around.

First of all they pretended to put gel polish on my hands, came off in a day. The lady doing my toe polish left it crooked and was extremely rude and insulting to me.plus overcharged trying to scam. Never will go there again

Went there yesterday to get my birthday nails done & he spent 2 hours on them just for them to look awful and ugly and they could not understand nothing I was telling them and they kept telling me they “can’t do long nails” like really? THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE DO NOT GO! They do not care about you at all or what you want and they do the sloppiest work!!

This place is horrible and racist. I went into this nail shop a little after 11 am today. I was standing at the front to be waited on. There was a white couple behind me. They were pleasant. Next, an Asian male employee walked right passed me and asked them what he could do for them. I said, " Excuse me don't you see me, I was here first!" He looked at me and proceeded to talk to them and I said again, "I was here first!" He then said, oh. I'm sorry and took me to a pedicure chair and turned around and left. I stood there for a minute looking up front at him. He was helping the other couple pick out colors for their services. Mine you, he never asked me what I came in for. I decided to leave. It has been so long since I was treated with such blatant racism. I love Belton and this is the first time I have been treated with such disdain!! Don't go to this place! How RUDE!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!

Went and got my girlfriends nails done at this place and this is how they look after 4 days.
Nail description:
Lumpy, thick, over filled / not cleaned up, messy acrylic, gel chipping and peeling.
I dont recommend coming here.

RUDE AND RACIST!! I went to this nail salon this morning and was ignored by a male Asian employee. I was first in line and he walked past me to service a white couple behind. When I told him I was first in line, he ignored me and proceeded to still talk to the couple behind me. I then said I was first, don't you see me. He then took me to a pedicure chair and left. I turned around to see what he was doing. He was again helping the same couple who was behind me in line. I stood for a few minutes, and then I decided to leave. He never asked me what I needed done. It's just blatant racism. The disdain was real. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.!!!

This is my 3rd attempt going here and to no surprise, the disappointment. My 16 year old daughter had saved her own money to go get her nails and toes done. I took her here forgetting why I didn’t like this place. It’s had been 6months since I last visited this nail salon. I thought surely I just had a bad experience the last two times I’ve gone. Pedi was awful, they spent maybe 5 mins on my feet and legs and the lady was way too gentle. Attached photos of my nails today and just had them done yesterday. The lady didn’t even drill the underneath of my nails and the ring fingers look horrible. Mind you both my daughter and I both have cuts on our fingers from the drill. Not sure what kind of polish she used but wow. I believe she did a good job until the rush started coming in and then she was more interested in hurrying up to finish mine so she could go help another customer. Between us both we spent $200 there and highly unsatisfied. Don’t waste your money on this place if you want quality. I love to tip when it’s somewhere deserved. This place is not one of those that I’d tip at all.

A long time client and will not be returning. Over the last few months I have noticed that their sanitation procedures have been a bit lax. I have had to ask each time I have been in for them to use clean implements. I have seen them reach for used implements when they are starting my pedicure. They always happily supply fresh instruments on request, but their state board requires freshly sanitized instruments be used on each client to prevent the spread of infection.
Today the Tech when asked to use fresh instruments tries to fool me by using an already opened package of instruments. i politely tell him that that looks open already could he plead get a sealed package. He then gets a bit passive aggressive along with another female employee. To the point of unwrapping brand new files, buffers and foot scrubbers very dramatically right in front of me. He also sprays the steal foot grater with alcohol very dramatically In font of me and said “Maybe I should change my shirt too.” I wasn’t at all upset until the shirt comment. I have been a costumer of this salon since the were in the place beside the gas station on lake road. But I will never go back. When my mom who was with me called and asked to speak with the manager, they wouldn’t allow her to speak to him. Very sad this is the treatment we received after all these years.

I had the WORST nail experience of my life today with this place and unfortunately that is no exaggeration!
The lady that did my nails cut all of my fingers they were all bleeding and now they all HURT! She was going way too fast and could care less. Not to mention all of the employees there are currently sick and coughing NON STOP! There was no greeting, no apology when I told her she literally just chopped up my fingers with her machine. All the employees were yelling at each other, they apparently were fighting over money. Nobody wanted to check customers out. A previous customer asked how much her total is standing at the desk to pay by yelling because the lady that did her nails wouldn’t get out of the chair to come check her out so she put the money on the counter and left when she finally got up to put the money in the register she realized it wasn’t enough and ran outside yelling for her money. I am telling you I will NEVER EVER GO back to this place!!!

I feel so awful leaving this review but boy!! They are the nicest people but I have never in my life left a nail salon with nails this bad. It looks like a child did them ?

Comfy massage chairs. Better than any other spa. Did great job on manicure pedicure. Nice and clean inside.
