Belton Texas very disrespectful! And had me drive an hour away for a part for no reason. They lied about the other store having the part and wasted my time and took weeks for the refund. Never will use this store anywhere now. Smh..and of course a generic response for the public would come..that just makes it all so much better??how about reimbursing me for my time and gas I spent because David's lazy eat at the counter don't wanna work is full of his own ****

My boyfriend and I were 4 hours from home in Belton when the alternator on his truck went out. Jeremy went well above and beyond to help us get what we needed to replace it. We were able to get the truck fixed and made it home safely with no issues. Thank you Jeremy and Orielly’s in Belton. We are extremely appreciative and recommend anyone in the area or passing through who needs help with their vehicle to use this store.

A few days ago, I wrote a negative review regarding this specific location. Within a couple of hours, the corporate offices responded wanting further information so that the reason for my review could be addressed. Since then, I have been contacted by the District Manager. I am absolutely confident that the problem will be addressed in a sufficient manner to ensure nothing of the sort happens to anyone again.There is no such thing as perfection this side of heaven. Having leadership that believes in and strives for both improvement & growth on a consistent basis is the best that we can expect of any business. O'Reilly exemplified this exact quality when addressing my negative review as well as the problem I presented to the District Manager.

I came in this morning to get a new battery and headlights. Ramon was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He changed out my battery in the freezing cold with no complaints at all. Another associate named Junior came in on his off day and was friendly and helpful, he installed my lights for me and I was in and out. Thank you guys!
