Maybe we just encountered them in a bad mood, but it took them weeks to process our tax returns, then were rude on the phone when I inquired where things stand and what takes so long, then they sent a draft with errors mixing up names and employers... Not quite the professional experience we expected. Not recommended.

Brother had a terrible experience and still has not seen any of his taxes. They did not process there paperwork and the irs audited due to all the issues that was not corrected before processing
