I had purchased a hot tub from another location in central Texas and have had it for just under 2 years and it had worked for less than 6 months of that time. I had contacted other service providers as well as the location i purchased the hot tib from in the Temple/Belton area, and they either would not return the call or couldn't assist. Manufacture then recommended Hot Tubs of CTX, within 1 day they had a TRAINED service provider at my house, issue diagnosed and resolved same day. I was able to use hot tub the same night. Great Team and will use them for all my future needs.

I love the no pressure shopping! Walk in they'll show you around and answer any questions you may have. We found the hot tub that we wanted, and it was a smooth experience. I recommend Hot Tubs of Central Texas! Shana & Nate

Not very good service; no manuals on how to operate. No one understands the blue tooth pairing code. Nice little hot tub, but no support behind the sale

Just purchased a GMG Prime Daniel Boone pellet grill from Hot Tubs of Central Texas in Belton TX. I called them about coming in and picking one up and found out the grill was on sale, and it comes with a free bag of pellets. I told them I would be by in the next few days to pick one up. THEN Kaycie called me back and said they would deliver it for free! I am so excited to get started. Received my grill at home in less than an hour. Thank you Kaycie! And thank you Hot Tubs of Central Texas!!!
