“I have been with Extraco Banks for nearly twenty years and have never had a problem. I use the Downtown Branch and have always been impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone there. Yesterday, I went into the lobby for the first time since the pandemic started, as I needed to open a new account. Justin was the first person I saw and he immediately asked how he could help me. I briefly told him what I wanted and he went right to work on it while I was sitting in a comfortable chair relaxing. If he had a question, he would come over and quietly ask so that our conversation remained private. He made sure that all of my questions were answered and provided me with a folder of information about the account and transactions. I appreciate Extraco Banks and Justin!”
