I love this little boutique, but today I am disappointed. I drove all the way from south Temple to Belton to buy my friend another little gift for her bday. The store hours say they open at 9, but today when I got there, no one was in the boutique. A lady was in the salon side in the back. She said she saw us looking through the window but when we came inside, my children and I stood there for ten minutes and were never acknowledged. Finally I had to get her attention. I asked her about the boutique. She said she was new and that all she knew was that the boutique receptionists are "high schoolers" and they don't have anyone there to work the register. School is now over so I'm not sure how that was relevant. I asked her about the posted hours and she was once again very dismissive. She never volunteered to call or contact anyone, only making excuses rhat she was "new" and "didn't know". Please train your people better. I'm disappointed and you lost business today.

Such a fun boutique! So glad I found this place! Amber was so friendly and helped me with my purchases but was not pushy at all! She even gave me a complimentary wine slushy while I shopped(which I then bought some)! Will definitely be back to see what fun new stuff they have in!
