This store has really gone down hill within the past couple of years. Whoever owned the store before always made sure that the store was clean, that the restrooms were clean and fresh coffee was always made. Thr gas pumps never work right here. The restrooms are so filthy now, never have soap, the womens restroom has a stall door that has been broke for over a month, another stall has a cracked seat. The store is just filthy. It is like the owners could care less. I remember when Mrs. Karen ran the store, and how neat it was. There was also not employees just standing around doing nothing.

If you work doordash part time like I do, do not come here to try and pick up orders. The staff here are extremely rude, unprofessional, and trashy. Not only did they take absolutely forever to gather just a few quick items for an order, the lady threw tape into my hand expecting me to do her job of packing the order, and then proceeded to rip it out of my hand and try to shoo me out of the store. Unacceptable, as whenever I deliver the 7-11 in Killeen I am always met with professionalism and prompt service. A bunch of sorry staff who need help.

Their restroom is disgusting. Most toilets are not flushing.

This old lady was very rude and disgusting she called the cops on my boyfriend to tell us that to get out of their property and we are going to report her we have done this before and she was like I can yell and my boyfriend says stop yelling at me and she was cussing at him and she is disgusting and being disrespectful to us

The bathrooms in this store are filthy I did not feel safe for my granddaughter even with a portable potty seat the walls on toilet looked life very nasty dispensers on the floor brought to the staffs attention she said I know we just cleaned it like really a bathroom at a beer joint are cleaner than the bathrooms at this place totally discusting

I don't go into the store that often, only when the gas pumps aren't accepting cc and tells you to see cashier. (frequently) The parking lot is used as a park and ride for people working out of town and sometimes they double park making it difficult to drive up to the pumps in the morning and late afternoon. It's not 7-11s fault, but it's slightly annoying. When I do go into the store, it's always clean with no mystery smells and the cashiers are super friendly.

Customer service seemed to be wrapped in at best a thin vanier of displeasure. Bathroom was gross with no soap anywhere to be found.

Bathrooms dirty and outdated. No soap in the bathroom. When I asked for soap I was promptly told that they were out and that they were waiting on their truck to deliver it. They even had regular hand soap on the shelves for sale. I had to buy it to use it.?
