“I’m usually a dealership person just because of the accountability. I’m willing to pay a little bit more for convenience or quality.
Lately my dealership has been awful and I can’t schedule an oil change. So I started looking at alternatives. Take 5 really does a good job of advertising because all of the cringy commercials I remembered their brand and when I searched google a coupon popped up.
I was able to book an appointment online but when I got there, there was only 1 car in front of me so I was in within 10 minutes.
When I talked to the tech they explained that the empty bay is used for appointments. So they do operate on a first come first serve basis but if you do have an appointment you can skip the line and use the bay.
As far as the options it’s not cheap. I went with the high mileage Mobil full synthetic. Upwards of $120 because my vehicle takes 6 quarts. The dealership is about that price so I was shocked it higher non dealership. But you know what, I was able to get an oil change the same day within about 15 minutes. I’ll take for that convenience.

“I wanted a quick oil change, and I found this place online. It had good ratings, so I stopped by on my way to work. I was in and out in about 25 minutes. They informed me that they also do state inspections, so I will be returning for that. Great service! *And for a hot day it was not so bad sitting in the garage with the fans going.”

“Was in a jam . Showed up August 18th. My Mercedes had been sitting for a while and they were unable to inspect it until the car computer updated after I drove 100 miles. They are open on Sundays so I went back and passed inspection. So they inspected my car twice but one charge. Very nice and professional staff. Various other services are available too.”

“This was my second service done at Take 5. I got my inspection and then an oil change done here at this location. The guys here are so nice, make everything easy AND are super fast. Any question I have, they answer and make sure I understand. I honestly should have been coming here had I known how their service was. I love that they present all options, give me their recommendations, and let me make the final decision. Water is offered and they always have a fire playlist going while I wait. Love this location! “Went in for an alignment because our car was experiencing steering wheel issues and after a quick google search , we thought an alignment might help. Leon did the alignment and showed us that one tire was in need of replacement and and also informed us of another issue we didn’t even know about. Our steering wheel is now working normally and we will fix the other problems ASAP. This locations customer service and attention to detail was great and we will be repeat customers ?”
