I brought three watches to the store for battery replacement and the service was flawless. Normally the watches need to be left for 2 or 3 days until the jeweler can get to them. But he happened to be at the store the same day that I dropped them off, so I was able to pick them up later in the afternoon. I'm very happy I found this local shop because it is getting harder and harder to find places to do battery replacement of jewelry watches. I will definitely come back again!

The were quality, affordable, and quick. We were able to get resizing and a repair done for much less than expected, and they did not try to upsale me.

I had an enhancer made last May for my wife. She wore it a few times and the setting came apart and the stone fell out. Brought it back and was charged for the poor craftsmanship. Will not be a return customer.Connie called me and apologized for the mistake. Thank you for looking out for your customers

MJ Jewelers is a lovely jewelry store. I've dropped in a few times to have a couple of pieces fixed and I'm always amazed at the turn around time and their fair pricing/payment plans. Anytime I come in for repairs, I get my jewelry back cleaner and more immaculately shining than I did when I initially dropped it off. I must say, the shine lasts a very loooonngggg time too. My most recent experience at MJ Jewelers was creating a custom necklace with Carina. I was (and still am) extremely impressed by the ease of the process, the transparency in communication, Carina's expertise/recommendations, and most importantly the end product. The necklace turned out better than what I initially envisioned. From day one MJ Jewelers has always put my mind at ease, and they are definitely my go-to shop for all of jewelry needs.
