If i could click 0 stars i would but i had to choose 1.. i work in this area often. As i entered the store there was an employee at the front desk with glasses. He did not greet any customer that walked in before/after me. He made eye contact with no one either. Offered no assistance or support and I’m positively sure someone needed help. He was not the only employee there either. Please do better.

Horrible customer service. Drive through lines are always very slow and even if you go inside to get your prescription they have you wait even when you received a call that it was ready.

Very bad customer service at the pharmacy, I don't recommend it ? don't come, they never have the medicine, everyone is rude and despotic, I definitely won't go back to that place

It is a very nice place, I visit it almost every week and always get satisfied. Cashier Anthoni is very kind and she is always available to help.

It took TOO long to pick up my medications!!! There were only 3 cars ahead of me, but it took 55 mins for me to pick up my meds!! No wonder this location (corner between Dulles and Cartwright) was rated too low. Obviously The pharmacy manager really doesn’t care of how low his/her pharmacy store is rated. I WON’T recommend this store to anyone!!! Always bad experience every time I come here. Will transfer all of my prescriptions to the CVS in Sugar Land ( Eldridge and west airport)

Worst customer service from the pharmacist Dr (African American) she had me waiting at least 20 minutes when i arrived she was on the phone totally understandable then she said give me a min im going to help the customer on drive thru i said ok when she was done she helped other customers in line while i was at the drop off area then she answered at least 3 more calls and im standing there just looking at her never did she came back to ask me how can i help you ?If she don’t like her job and does not know how to be kind what is she doing there …Customer service should always be your priority working in a place like that you can be so busy but learn how to be kind and take care of your costumers the right way !

Great place, variety of products, I only recommend checking the price tag. I was buying some feminine hygiene products and noticed that the sanitary size package, one of 32 pieces and another of 40, had exactly the same price. I also found here the shower soap with the scent of papayas and grapefruit that I love, as well as a wide variety of makeup
