“The staff is wonderful. I bought dog food the day before my dog died. I had opened it. I brought it back & told them what had happened to my dog. Not only did they give me my money back for the food, a day later I received a beautiful flower arrangement! That was the most thoughtful thing any store has ever done for me! They also donated the open bag of food. ❤️?❤️?⬛”
“This Pet store is at great location in Sunset Valley area and a very nice area for shopping & restaurants nearby. I love coming here because there is usually not a wait for the Pet Wash Station and the workers are always friendly! Also good variety of selection of healthy natural dog food &”
“I went in couple months ago and asked an employee about dog foods for senior dogs suffering from joint pain. The vet suggested a very pricey food for me so wanted to see if Tomlinson had a cheaper option. Employee was very informative to tell me it’s better to get a liquid supplement instead so I thought I’d try it out! My 12 year old dog’s life has been turned around! She doesn’t struggle to get out of her dog bed and has been running around like a young pup for months now!!! Thank you ??”

“My dog Dolly absolutely loves the chicken jerky here. Alex is the most helpful person I have ever met at a pet store. The customer service here is unmatched, and that goes for the pet and the owner! I look forward to bringing Dolly here every week since I have found the place. The fresh food here is amazing, and the ability to get small batches every two weeks or so makes it super fresh for my little 10 pound pugapoo. Alex really cares about your pets health and tries to get to know them. There is no other store like this period. Hands down best experience I have ever had at a pet store. I won’t be going to any other pet stores but here for a long time. Dolly and I have found some friends for life!”

“I've never been to the stores because I live all the way in PA, but I still had a great experience with this company. Recently my office received a completely free gift card from this company in the amount of $25, I figure as an attempt to get their name to new people while helping our furry friends get toys, treats and nutritious foods! My favorite thing I noticed was the natural ingredients in ALL the treat and food options. On the back of the card it kindly requested that if I wasn't able to use the card, to please consider donating it, so I chose to donate the funds to the Central Texas SPCA- but instead of mailing the card and hoping for the best, I was able to use Tomlinson's online website to redeem the $25 and with a few dollars of my own I shipped a load of doggy toys, treats and flea products straight to the shelter with FREE shipping!! Thank you Tomlinson's for inspiring me to send some goodies their way!”
“Sarah is the best groomer, she always makes Roxy look like a rock ⭐️! And Roxy loves going to see her. I can’t say enough good things! Our 85 pound golden. Doodle is always swimming in the lake, ocean, playing in the beach. Sarah has always tackled each challenge with a smile of sticker burrs, tar, dirt. We do our best to get all that out before we take her in but sometimes our doggie who is living her best life, just gets into a mess! Thank you Sarah!”

“My poor lab/put mix was sensitive about having his nails clipped and I wasn't sure I'd want to subject someone else to his sensitivity. But I decided to give him a bath at least at the grooming place and they could try to do his claws. It took longer than I expected, 3.5 hours, but when i picked him up he was so clean and his claws were all trimmed! He's happy, I'm happy. Worth every penny and a nice tip.”

“I came in at the last minute looking for a pet stroller. The 2 men working were so helpful. Not only did they take me right to that section, but offered to (and did!) put it together so that I could make sure it would fit in my trunk.
SO nice of them to do this, especially as they were getting ready to close.
