I called and ask if I could come in to get a set of nails and a pedicure and the person on the phone said to come in . I arrived 5 minutes later . A woman begins to do my pedicure. As I was sitting there I was watching the owner do her own nails and she is the one who usually does mine. After a while a lady came to do my nails and I ask if the owner could do mine because clearly she had time no other customers were in line and she was doing her own nails. The owner said she couldn't help me and no one else would do my nails because I ask for her first. I kept asking who was going to do my nails and no one would answer me and the nail shops were closing. The owner would not help me nor anyone who worked for her. I usually go there but after the worst customer service ever by the owner I will never go back. I always tip 20 percent and I can't believe I was treated bad . No respect for people and their time and money. I hope her shop ends up closing she doesn't deserve good paying customers. I've never complained about the service I received there until this happened but it was definitely enough to lose me as a great paying guest.

Came to this shop because of the convenience leaving work. The girl that did my pedicure was so sweet! The girl that did my fill was sweet, but did a rush job, was new and unlikely licensed due to her being shown how to do nails when I walked in. The quality of my nails is so disappointing and not worth the $60 charge, there are unevenly shaped.

Adi is amazing! She quickly fixed 3 nails that came off from a different salon. They flawlessly matched the color and shape in the quickest time ever! Very sweet staff great atmosphere! She charged me minimally, I had to tip her 100% of the amount due! Would highly recommend!

I've been coming here for years. I absolutely love all the girls there and Sabrina is the kindest person. I get my nails.. toes.. and lashes done here. By far the best place for me. So clean and lots of laughter everytime I go. Trust me you'll be happy you went.

I haven't had a mani/pedi in quite some time. Today I treated myself to both. The nail salon is aesthetically pleasing and I love that they apparently use as an enclave to sanitize their equipment because it was packaged. Both of the ladies that did my manicure and pedicure were polite and attentive. I love that they didn't rush through my service. I got the classic manicure/pedi with gel polish. Oh yeah, the small massage at the end of each service made me want to go home and take a nap. Great job! Side note: They offer complimentary beverages.

I’ve been trying to find a nail salon that’s not too expensive and can do cute designs. Elli did my design just like the picture I showed. The salon was clean and staff was really nice I definitely will go back.

This is my go to nail shop for Pedi and gel manicure for the last two years. Great service. Nice vibe with great décor and they have a complimentary liquor drink.

I can't recommend this place enough. I went in yesterday to get my nails fixed after having a horrible experience getting my nails done at another salon in Carrollton. When I walked in, I explained my situation and asked if it would be possible to simply remove the gel I had on, and have my gel redone in the design I asked for. They immediately jumped to action and had me seated with their lovely nail tech Ade (pronounced Ah-di). I let her know what had happened and showed her the design I wanted to be done. She was so kind to me, and I truly felt like she and the techs around us cared about making my experience as amazing as possible. They provided me with a margarita while I got my nails fixed, and Ade was so sweet to chat to! Once my nails were completed, some of the techs came up to see the finished work and complimented how nice they came out. Unlike the nails I walked in with. I was so happy! Which was a nice change of pace after crying over my nails the day before! I don't live in the area, but I'm planning to make this salon my new go to after work because I felt like the staff here truly care about everyone they're providing a service to. Also, not to mention I love that I've found a new tech that can do the designs I request! Definitely swing by here for your next appointment.

Worst experience. I came in a couple hours before closing and there were only 2 other people in front of me. The lady who assisted barely spoke English and it was extremely difficult to explain what I wanted. While the lady was doing my nails, she kept getting on FaceTime and taking calls, talking to the lady next to her. My nails were cricked and when I tried to explain this to her, she smiled and kept taking her call. If you care about quality.. keep driving. I will never come back here again. Maybe it was just the person helping me that day.. but I will never return to find out.
