“Saw some bad reviews that seemed unrelated to the actual store so figured I would share my experience.I was looking for a particular kayak and went to a store in Houston. Customer service was kinda bad in that the associate who helped me didn't have much knowledge about the kayak. The only one available for sale was beat and not taken care of - obviously far from a new kayak.So I left and searched for another. Found one at this store and called to ask about it. Ended up driving an hour and a half to go to this location. Night and day difference.The 3 associates and manager we interacted with were super helpful through the process. The cashiers had great attitudes and were fun to speak with. The associates even helped me load the yak onto my tall SUV and went above and beyond afterward. Overall great experience that made the first moments of having this yak great.”
