“This place has done nothing but raise the rent since I have been here. However, the manager at this location is trying hard to make dealing with Public Storage more pleasant. The 5 stars are for him. He deserves 5 but the company does not. The only complaint that I have regarding the storage itself is that the rent goes up every 6 months with no end in sight. Greed at its finest.”
“Al and his employees were spectacular movers. We had a change to our closing date that no one was expecting. In spite of that, they worked out a schedule so we could still get our things moved the day after closing. We decided to box most of our own stuff and they did the moving (I actually chose for them to pack up just my kitchen and they did a great job. )Their experience shined! There is no way we could have packed that huge truck like they did.This company has old fashioned values and they believe in working hard and they will treat your belongings with the same care that you would. I would recommend this company to any person or business wanting a worry free move!”

“We are a military family that just moved to Fort Polk from Rhode Island. Our packers in Rhode Island were horrible, a lot of broken belongings, pieces of furniture missing, etc. A OK Moving and Storage handled our move in when we arrived to Ft Polk and what an absolute opposite experience we had with them. They were on-time, pleasant, and went above and beyond. When they came to deliver our belongings, one of the things we were unable to find was the bottom to one of our bed frames. Today, 2 days after delivery, we received an Amazon package from A-OK with this note (picture attached). Such a small gesture but ended a stressful move on a positive note. Thank you guys! We will definitely recommend you to friends in the area.”

“This is a wonderful storage place where they have a variety of sizes.They have incredible security measures such as passcodes for every door and gate and also have cameras.The staff here are very friendly and helpful.The only thing I would say is there have been break-ins, ours was one of them it's something that just happens. But the staff was very helpful throughout the situation.”
“These guys were very courteous, quick and very professional. They moved a 3rd floor one bedroom apartment to a second floor one bedroom apartment in 2 1/2hours. Nothing was damaged, which is saying alot since my daughter packed several fragile items in boxes without wrapping them. If we ever move again or need anything moved they will be who we will use. I would highly recommend using this company!!”
