I finally gave this place a try again after a negative experience for one of my family members two years ago. The man who helped us (who I believe was the manager, but I did not catch his name) was so friendly. It was a super fast oil change. He even checked under the hood to make sure everything was in good condition. He informed me that my air filter needed to be replaced and was going to change it for me for a really good price (unfortunately they were out of stock of my specific type, but he said they will order more so they will have it for next time) He even showed me how to reset my oil change light and as soon as we pulled up he offered us a water! I had a great experience, and will definitely get my oil changed here next time it needs it!

Decided to try this place since it’s close to work and the website said free glass and inside cleaners. I bought the best wash and it was terrible. Areas of my truck that looked like they were never touched, wheels looked exactly the same and I spent 30 min afterward wiping all the spots off. No window cleaner anywhere, no inside cleaner anywhere. Very disappointed

I purchased a monthly membership from another location, but was in Beaumont today. And apparently the location I went to today was the only one not bought out by another company so I had to pay for a wash just to get through the line. On the upside at least their free vacuums worked. Staff was friendly but still wrong that I wasn’t allowed to use my pass for at least this one time since I didn’t know. Especially considering I live 45 minutes from there. Car came pretty clean except it bent my front license plate in half. I recommend the monthly pass if you live in the Beaumont area only now that I know that it’s not connected with the ones around the Port Arthur/Groves area.

Matthew & Cory went out of their way for me! I live down a County Road and to say my car was dirty is an understatement! They got my car all cleaned up! Go see them!

My daughter and I love to go through the car wash together, We call It our Relaxation time lol! Mostly cuz it's so peaceful, the soap colors are pretty and it's Dark, However mostly cuz it's MOMMY and DAUGHTER Time?? Afterwards If you pull over to the vacuums the guys will vacuum your vehicle out for you, and Dry it off. I didn't know this, I always just did it myself until one day I guess they weren't too busy and told me to pull over there after the car wash and they would take care of me! They did an Awesome job btw! However, I had to help too lol!!

Apparently without notice this location has decided to start closing before 6pm not good if you have a monthly membership that you now can’t use because you can’t get to them before they close. There is no corporate phone number to contact and they are also now not affiliated with the other locations in the area which said they can’t do anything about refunding or cancellation for my account.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

All of the business are not ran the same. The one on Hwy 365 vacuum cleaners haven't worked in forever. The one on in Beaumont on Easter Fwy the guys act like don't care about the business or pre-cleaning the cars. The dryers don't blow enough water off and the tire shine only shines two tires! This is horrible. I tried calling but no one answers the phones!! I'm paying for a monthly service and I should be able to use all of services! Y'all needs to do better or I will be canceling my membership!!
