I have a 3 ur old pomeranian who has never been groomed and very skittish w new ppl but his experience with Mrs Sherry was EXCELLENT she did an amazing job on him and he likes her so that's a plus with me I will definitely be back and recommend her she's awesome! I wish I could share his pics on here so u can see the great job she did on him❤️ ❤️

We just moved to Beaumont and we're in pickle to get back to Tennessee to pick up some furniture and a vehicle. We trusted this business with our beloved babies. First, they only accept cash and checks and since we were here for only two weeks , they refused our out of state check (no problem) . We left to get cash. Our 4 dogs were staying 4 days and we were picking up on the fifth. Our male rottie came back injured!!! I suggest no one go to Hi Tower for anything ! We will never bring our dogs here again! They have boarded in lots of states and are very sweet. I am just so disappointed because I read all the reviews and they good and bad but we decided to try them. Bad move! I am warning all pet owners if you truly love your pet don't take them here! Now we are saddened to say our baby needs to go to the vet with abrasions and cuts on his cute face! How messed up!!!

this place was recommended to me & I would not hesitate to use her again. She took great care of my pup, but also trimmed her nails for me. Very nice lady!!

Good old fashioned kettle, lots of acreage for your pet to run around and play. I picked my ol boy and he was good

Sherry did a wonderful job on grooming my dog. I have been to several groomers and most have difficulty grooming my dog due to his high energy. This is the first time someone can finish grooming my dog.

? the only place I will ever take my dogs for boarding. I own two pit bulls (one being a mix around 75lbs and a pure bred at 113lbs) and she went above and beyond to take care of them when we went on vacation. We ended up having car issues on the way home and we’re not able to make it back until two days after we initially planned, and she was more than willing to still care of them when we called and told her the situation. She is very kind and definitely is an animal person. Before we agreed on everything, she showed me the area and told me the daily routine. For 9 days of boarding with the best care of two dogs with a big spacious area and a wonderful person, we paid less than $320. The absolute best that you will find around here. She is straight to the point and will tell you how it is and some people find that rude, but I’d rather have the truth and someone who loves animals more than anything when it comes to someone else taking care of my pups. SHE TRULY IS AMAZING and the boys absolutely love her. (A dog knows best!)

VERY RUDE. It stinks like a farm in there and before you think well there are dogs in kennels in the establishment , the place of establishment shouldn't have a stench that slaps you in the nose as soon as you open the door. Cause Planet K-9 doesn't smell that, when you walk in. Why would you send your fur child somewhere where it smells that horrid along with the nasty ass attitude one of the workers had. I wouldn't even recommend leaving a toe nail at this place let alone my pet.

Ms.Sherry is the most sweetest lady! She truly loves each and every dog that comes in and treats them like her own pets. Knows how to handle every size of dogs with patience and care! Her prices are very reasonable as well.

Worst experience of my life. The lady could not have been more rude. I felt like I was being pranked. She had my doodle for 7 hours, so I went by to see if something was wrong. She scolded me, and when I asked her how much longer, she said "you have got to be kidding me." So, I waited in my car (missing work), and she calls me and tells me then that she only takes cash- no out of state checks (she knew I had just moved from indiana). My poor boy looks awful. I have never in my life been treated worse. I have no clue how they stay in business.
