Love it my 1st time I went with my boyfriend him and the lady there helped me calm my nerves and figure out what I wanted she answered all my questions and I felt vary comfortable and now I go at least once a month to see if there is anything that I would love to have but everything I've go has done its job well

Great place..VERY FRIENDLY..even to openly gay guys like ME..Very knowledgeable and helpful even for my lifestyle..and had ANSWERS to my questions,.,...I liked that...I was on the way to the beach and was dressed very erotically and they enjoyed chatting as they helped me and liked my openness ..and were two very cool young ladies...NO embarrassment talking to me and being helpful...I'm going there today (on my way to the beach..FINALLY)..DEFINITELY a great place to shop..B COOL

Most men going into a sex store would be a bit uneasy. Me I walked like it's a candy store..! But the two ladies working were very friendly asked if I needed help, which I said I called earlier and you were holding an item for me, she had it at the check desk. She said if I need anything let them know.! I continued to make my way around enjoying all the goodies on display. This is your go too place if you need anything related to the cause..!

My wife and I came here and walked around for a while, found some fun things to try. Great selection, clean and very well organized. The staff was GREAT! Our girl Que was so helpful and answered any questions we had, she made us feel like it was a safe place since this was my first time coming to one of these shops. Stellar prices, will definitely be coming back!

I am ridiculously late posting this, but I went in to make a purchase at the end of July this year. The employee Tyler (not sure if spelling right :/) was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. She took her time to go through what exactly I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. Awesome customer service!

The mgr of this store with blue hair requested paper documents on a Service dog and said that without Documentation the dog can not be in the store. They need to read up on The ADA laws

I have been shopping at this store for years with my service dog, who is clearly marked "service dog". A new employee stopped me and DEMANDED paperwork, which is illegal by federal HEPA law. She said her manager instructed her to throw anyone out that wouldn't show paperwork. In the last 6 months I have spent over 500.00 in this store. Thanks I won't be back after your illegal demands!! Screw Cindie's and the manager and demanding employee.

This review has absolutely nothing to do the staff. Ross was very helpful and nice. The product I purchased however was trash. I’ll spare the intimate details but DO NOT BUY THE REAL ROCK CRYSTAL Dil** it’s suction is non existent and was a COMPLETE waste of money. There is a no refund policy and I can understand that but damn! If I am paying 30$ I would like what I’m purchasing to work.

Been here three days over the course of four days and two of the three visits I had problems. The outfit wear good.. it was the customer service I had a problem with. The rudeness and the hostility of the employees was absolutely ridiculous. My fault for last minute shopping. We did purchase because we did love the outfit but poor customer service makes me a non repeat customer.

I looked up their address because someone suggested that I go there. I read a few reviews that didn’t put them in a good light but I said let me judge for myself. They have the worst customer service. Believe the one star reviews. One lady asked me if I needed help after I had been in there about 10 minutes. I say no then she said if I needed help to look at the products that was in the boxes I needed the bring the box to them to open it or it would be concerned “stealing” (well that went from 0 to a 100 real quick) I didn’t respond and blew it off and continued to shop but shook my head to myself. I notice their security was following me in the store. Someone that rode with me came in to look around and when she left out I followed her out when I heard the red hair lady behind the counter talking about her to the security man that was following me earlier I stopped and asked her what? I told her she is with me. Then she started to lie on the person I was with and said they was ignoring her. The person I was with was on the phone. And even if she “did ignore her” do she really think that is the way you behave at your job. I been in customer service for 20+ and they have not been properly trained. They set the tone of the store and they are not doing a good job. They will lose a lot of customers and money treating some people like a thief and being disrespectful to customers.
