CHRISTUS Southeast Texas Health System, including St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, provides attentive and compassionate care. The staff, including nurses, nurse aides, housekeeping, dietary, and respiratory teams, are described as fantastic, super friendly, helpful, and excellent. They are attentive, explain procedures, and use friendly humor to put patients at ease. Surgeons are noted for being excellent with good bedside manners. Successful robotic surgeries are performed, aiding recovery. While some areas and patient rooms are noted as old and in need of an update or renovation, everything is consistently reported as clean, organized, and having the essentials. The cafeteria food is good, and parking is easy and free. Overall, experiences are positive, with families expressing they would choose the hospital again.
No where to park and was late to my appointment and they made me reschedule!

Nurse Andi (Andrea) from the ER was really nice and helped me feel a little better as I was afraid. Angela from Dietary was very sweet, soft spoken and shared wonderful stories of her children. I was also touched by the EMS ladies who transported me from urgent care to Christus. Thank you to everyone who helped me.
