“Bakery DepartmentAnd who said "Old Fashion Customer Service" was dead? I recently ordered a Birthday Cake with a BLACK PANTHER theme. The ordering was easy. The scheduling was made within a few minutes on a late afternoon on monday, and off I went home. I was picking up the cake on Wednesday morning. The following day, I received a phone call there was a discrepancy with the chosen decorative topping I chose ( there were two options). No problem, I'll go with the other one, i was okay with it but not excited about the decision. A few hours later I received another call, it was the same lady from the prior call, she was so lovely. She told me she understood the importance of a festive birthday cake and she and her staffed looked for a better Black Panther decorative option and found one! They saved the day!! The demeanor of the communication from the Bakery Deptartment was genuine and eager to please. The cake was so delicious. And the Black Panther decorations rocked!”

“They have really good prices on their fuel. If you have a Kroger discount membership card, you can use it at the pump and you get a discount on your fuel. The pumps are really far apart, so you do not have problems getting in nor out when they are busy.”

“I came in for a passport photo and the person that waited on me was very quick and efficient and I really like the photo. She was very nice and friendly the entire time, I was in and out in 5 mins and I used a $5 coupon. I went to another drugstore chain across the street earlier and waited for a long time. One girl took the photo and then went away and waited on a customer. Then she came back and worked the machine. Left again to do something else and turned me over to another person. The other person blew my photo up too large - the top of my head was cut off and flat and she used a photo editing tool to crop out some of my hair. I didn't like the photo so I went across the street to this CVS and was received great customer service. I have to add the other store was no more busy than this store.”

“Today I placed an online, same-day delivery, through the Walgreens app. When I receivedmy order, which was timely as expected, I was missing 2 items that were listed on my receipt and online, in-app order. I called the Door Dash driver (Walgreens uses Door Dash as a 3rd party delivery system.) I was directed to Walgreens customer service, directed to Door Dash customer service, then finally called the local Walgreens store to speak with management. All reps involved were informatice and kind, just no resolve. SO, Ms. Articia, the store manager, personally spoke to me with such understanding and offered great customer service to right the wrong! She got the remainder of my order delivered right away. Thank you again so much Ms. Articia for making real customer service a great value.”
