Son in law bought a box of tapcon screws here. Had problems ALL DOGGONE DAY trying to drive in most of the screws. Come to find the "new" box (that happened to have a small tear in the top) was a mix of 2 different diameter screws, with most of them not matching our drill bit! Terrible!

This store has always had everything I’ve needed for a great price compared to other local stores for the same items so this is my go to spot for my household needs!
Their costumer service is always exceptional and everyone is always so polite and helpful, especially Brian after watching him help a costumer in front of me yesterday who was being ABSURDLY rude over something so ridiculous I thought it was a joke.
I watched Brian handle it with so much patience, professionalism, and kindness it was amazing how poised he kept himself.
Give this man a raise!

Fast, friendly and always helpful. I work on a lot of projects at home and for friends. When I need a tool or connector for plumbing or electric repair I go straight to Ace of Azle, TX. They have what I need and lead me straight to it. Time is money for all of us, and having helpers in the aisles really makes a big difference. Plus...they're right around the corner.

You're greeted as soon as you walk in. The people that work there are totally different then the big stores... They actually know what they are talking about and know exactly where to find it. I will be going here for now on over the other big two...!

They are consistently surprising me . It's not unusual for me to need something on the weekend, and the last thing I want to do is drive 10 miles to the big stores to get a bolt , or pvc fitting, or trimmer string. Ace has just about everything thing that I have ever needed and this saves me a lot of time and driving.

This store suxs! The fat red headed guy more worried about blocking the door if it's 10 minutes till close than making a sale. He even told.me I only had 2 minutes to shop before he closes the register. This apparently happened to my husband as well a few months back. We'll never shop here again. 18 yr Azle residents
