This Walgreens is bad with customer service. I made a payment there for a bill, and it somehow didn’t go through so I tried calling store manager Arron & he seemed like he didn’t really know where my money went… wasted my time

Lady on the phone hung up on me very unprofessional submitted an order for same day pick up for a poster and some pictures when I went to pick it up THE NEXT DAY they didn’t have it ready they took over an 1 hour, waited for it then they told me their machine broke understand I waited over a weeks no update on it mind you I already paid for it asked if it can be printed in another stored they lady said that’s on you and hung up extremely rude don’t go here for photo prints

I would definitely return to this pharmacy! The other day I was lucky I found Alexandria at the counter. She was the sweetest ever. I was in a lot of pain and she definitely made my day better, the meds that I picked up helped as well lol. But yes, moving forward I'll ask my doctor to always send my prescriptions to this location. You can be sure the staff really cares about your health and well-being

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!!! I have a problem getting my medication refilled every month and so does my wife. We both get 6 months of refills but every time we go to pick it up the pharmacist tells us that we don't have anything. Then we have to spend the entire day running around to get the pharmacy to get my prescription (example: driving to the doctors so they can call the pharmacy and let them know we have refills even though it's already in there system. They are the rudest, inattentive, and dumb people I have ever met at a pharmacy) DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY THEY WILL ALWAYS GET IT WRONG AND WASTE YOUR TIME WHILE BEING COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL. HONESTLY I WOULD TELL ANYONE THAT IS THINKING ABOUT USING THIS PHARMACY TO LITERALLY USE ANY OTHER ONE IN TEXAS THEY ARE AWFUL I CANT SAY THAT ENOUGH!!!!! My wife left a review also... she gave them 1 star. If I could give them negative stars I would...

I will never buy in these types of stores again, because they are racist, today they humiliated us... they are garbage. We Hispanics go in to buy and pay, with what we earn, on the other hand, dark-skinned and Anglo-Saxons come in and only come in to steal and I'm saying it because I've always seen it and someone who pays is humiliated, this store is rubbish, I will never buy anything again... I just went to get some allergy medicine, I have my map insurance, I always buy medicine there because they have it quickly, right now the woman who was there told me that she did not accept map coverage... I told her yes, I always buy the medicine there She said no, apart from the fact that she was a woman of Latin appearance, she did not speak Spanish, according to her, she is a woman who has a bad lip, I had never touched such a disastrous person. I hope they train their staff in customer service. 06/10/2022

do not go to this pharmacy they are super rude not dependable and are just all around bad workers. alexandra is especially rude and takes her own frustations out on the customers cause she probably hates her own life literally go anywhere else....
