I was on hold with the pharmacy for a hour and 20 minutes only to hear a person say thank you for calling please hold.... this is with No other calls ahead of me or anything very strange.

The oral b battery operated toothbrush that they got for 8 bucks makes a very poor homade automatic lock pick.. but if you know what you're doing, you'll be modified to open some easy locks quick. For the price makes a great throwaway a electric toothbrush too... I highly recommend.

My Rx has been "in progress" for weeks, tried calling and was on hold for over an hour. Called the Duval location and got someone on the phone within 5 minutes to transfer it. Little inconvenient, but not as inconvenient as not knowing what is going on with my medicine or if it will ever be ready.

I have been having problems with this Walgreens for quite some time today. I called to speak with the pharmacist to find out if there are any side effects or problems with my other medications. The guy didn't state his name or that he was the pharmacist. I take a lot of different medications and he asked which medication it was and without missing a beat or saying hold on let me take a look he simply said there are no side effects to this medication. Not very professional and I don't feel confident that he told me the right answer.

Terrible customer service. Severely understaffed. Register lines are always terrible, as they will have one person on reg and three standing on break. Only two employees know how to use register or troubleshoot: I come in once a week bc it is close to my house. A total train wreck of a store in a prime location.
