Horrible customer service. I ordered $2K worth of lights that were "Halle Medium"Tand loved them. I decided to order the matching post light called from the same collection, "Halle Medium" When I got the post light it was 3 times the size. It should have been called the XXL compared to what I got originally. They misnamed something as "Medium". When I wanted to return it, first of all it takes forever for a response, then they make demands like taking 8 pictures of the item and the box. Then they charged me for return shipping(with no option to ship back yourself) and a 15% restocking fee which was almost $180!! Even though they misled me by the name as to the size. I contacted them and asked them to remove the restock fee since it was their fault and they came back with telling me that they gave me discounted return shipping. They claimed it would have cost $170 to ship it back and only charged me $10. I checked with my Fed Ex account and no surprise it cost $10. They lie! Horrible return policy and lousy customer service. STAY AWAY!!!

Beautiful showroom and extensive displays of all types of lighting. That’s all they do. I was warmly greeted, offered assistance and invited to look at their inventory, even take photos which I found very helpful for my real estate clients. Kelly Rae was even offered to help me set up an account for future projects. I will be back. They had some fabulous fixtures.

The women were so snotty to me that I wanted to leave. I made an appointment and when I showed up, the girl who helped me was nice but was clearly very new and had not been fully trained. When I asked questions to the other women working there, they were so rude to me. They looked me up and down and sneered like I was a piece of garbage. I was not wearing my designer clothes and handbag but I was also not dressed like a homeless person. I hate what Austin is becoming.

Bad customer service. The lady didn't even bother to help us. She was on her phone most of the time and had a bit of attitude. Very pricy lights that didn't even look appealing.

After visiting several lighting stores in town we can confidently say that Circa was the best. Allison and her whole team are very talented at helping you make your design vision a reality -- they're thoughtful, detailed and cultivate an incredibly positive shopping experience. We can't recommend them enough and will be buying future pieces from them.

I have 4 homes that need lighting, the store doors are locked, you have to have an appointment to go into the store. If not they will insist you wear a mask and then give them your personal information so they the can contact track you! My personal information is my business!
