These buttholes are trying to steal $1610.94 from me. The charges are fraudulent. Verizon refuses to help me because I closed my account due to them allowing some identity thief to open a phone line on my account. Verizon tried to withdraw 1610.94 from my credit union today. This is felonious theft. Verizon already has a class action lawsuit for overcharging their customers.

Stole my “trade in” device. According to their staff there is no record of me giving up my old device for the new one. It has been months of going back and forth with this branch in particular. At first they said it was lost at the wear house and now they have no record. Management keeps changing which is no help at all. I am now paying for my I phone 13 and down an S20. SCAM!! Save your money and time and go to a direct Verizon store.

Still dealing with them messing up my trade-in from September. They sold it as oh yeah you can upgrade your phone for free with trade in... why not do it? No one mentioned all the associated fees and they even entered my trade in details wrong to where no, it wasn't free. Now having to untangle the mess.

Terrible customer service. I was here for 3 hours, no manager and one employee. Multiple customers came and went without being helped. No disrespect to steven it's not his fault that no managers showed up to run their store. Like y'all work at Verizon and still can't be bothered to show up to work? Now I'm sitting here with the service off my phone and steven trying to reach a manager to do their job. Absolute worst experience with a store. Complete waste of time and very unclear of what's going on. I had to ask multiple times the price and conditions that came a long with what is being offered before I was given a clear answer. I came in just to trade my phone in, now I'm leaving with a broken camera.

Sold and put on the wrong screen protector on my phone. It runs right through the front camera and messes up my pictures. I live 2 hours away, so I can’t just return it. He even put the correct phone that was needed on the receipt so the 2 don’t match up. Looks like I’m out $50.

If I could give this store a 0 I would. Ryan was the rudest and most disrespectful employee. Within me even walking in I could tell he didn't want to help. There were 2 employees and no other customers in the store. Long story- I left and called the customer service line and they were able to verify all my issues and help me order a new phone. When I called Ryan back to ask for a manager- he told me he didn't have to give me that info. I didn't ask for a number just wanted a name. He said no- he didn't have to and wouldn't. Told me I could come in next day and speak to him. I asked what time will he be there so I can talk to him and he said he didn't know. And also that he didn't have to tell me. So I asked- well then how do I know what time to show up so I can talk to him and he wouldn't answer me Said he didn't have his schedule. I have never been told you can't have the managers name.

Edit: Thanks for the response, but you are lying. We received a direct apology for being sold used phones passed off as new.Running an actual scam ring. Last year we were victims of a scam where store employees were passing off used and outdated phones as new iPhones and up-charging (hundreds of dollars). We ended up having to go to another store and purchase phones outright (at cost) to receive a working phone without waiting weeks for a resolution. We were promised hundreds of dollars in credits that were never fully processed as an apology. Writing the review now because I noticed that buried in Verizon's extremely long bill and fine print, we also haven't been paying the monthly family plan charges we were quoted. We reported this to Verizon and are frankly shocked no action was ever taken to shut this store down.

Building says Verizon so no way of knowing up front it is an authorized dealer for Verizon, not a corporate store. Rushed into my tablet purchase (salesperson trying to get off work),overcharged. Hard to know who to trust as longstanding Verizon customer.

Terrible experience. I needed my phone for some business and caused me to lose more money then they can compensate me for. You turned on a phone I didn't leave with. I had to buy a phone when I already had one because you turned off my phone. I don't recommend this location or the service at this point. I will return this phone and start a service with someone else on this situation.

I had a horrible experience at this store. I came in to purchase a new iPhone, was told by 2 people they would help me, then they helped people who came in after me first. Then the guy who was helping me place the order for my phone was mumbling any time I asked him a question and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. When I went to pick up my phone when it arrived, I encountered someone even less helpful - also mumbled, ignored questions I was asking, took a very long time doing who knows what on the computer, and when I asked questions about sending in my old phone, he just told me to look it up online. I would never purchase from here again, I would go to a corporate store, or the location off S Lamar has much friendlier and helpful staff.

Best and easiest experience I’ve EVER had. In Texas, New York, and North Carolina. Go on a weekday! Process was a breeze, no wait, and Chris was the most knowledgeable & informative employee I’ve ever dealt with—honestly. I’ve never really trusted the mall Verizon’s, but now I’ll never go back to a different one. Best in Austin!

The worst service I have ever received. They failed to file a promotion correctly and still have not corrected and it was been a year. I have gone into the store multiple times and called multiple times and nobody has fixed my problem costing me hundreds of dollars. I would NOT suggest going to this store.

Devin was fabulous. He was patient, kind, well-mannered, polite, respectful, and extremely helpful. He worked with us over three hours and never complained. Hopefully he gets a gold star for his performance tonight.The store does need to stock up on inventory. It was lacking on several items.
