Went to test drive a 2013 ford Taurus police interceptor and when we pulled into the lot, the gentleman who owns the place wasn’t very polite or social. Just handed us a set of keys, slapped a magnetic dealer plate on the back of the car and then walked off. We watched him get into another vehicle and drive off the lot when we were expecting him to join us for a test drive. Since he left us with the keys, we started checking out the car, and upon opening the driver door we found that the gear shifter was completely limp, broken, and the car was not even driveable. And there was no one left there to discuss the issue with. We walked back to the office where a woman was on the phone and unable to talk to us, so we just dropped off the key and the license plate and left. Aside from that there were a lot of chips and scratches on the car that weren’t listed online, and holes in the top of the car and other bits of damage to the vehicle that we didn’t see anywhere in the listing. Very unprofessional and disappointing behavior.

I enjoyed working with US Drive Out. They were very helpful throughout the process. They even allowed me to take the car to a local mechanic to have it checked out before I purchased the vehicle. I ended up buying the car I came to see primarily because Soren was very respectful, kind and very communicative throughout the process. His wife was also very kind and thoughtful during the signing process. I highly recommend US Drive Out to anyone and everyone it is definitely worth the drive.

My wife and I purchased a Hybrid Highlander from them a week and a half ago. What a nightmare of a purchase. We were promised it was in excellent condition, Soren said "you are getting a great car, don't worry", (never take their word for anything) and were told the only prior owners was the county (if that were true then it wouldn't have broken down instantly). The day after we drove it off of the lot, we vacationed with it in Alabama. Lots of lights came on, including lights for the break and hybrid system. Took it to a toyota dealership nearby, they said the car was very unsafe to drive and needed a new hybrid battery system to function. The cost to fix it just to be safe to drive is $6,000! (we paid $8000 for the car). We had to leave it at the toyota dealership and rent a car to get home and will need to fly back when done. The car was also missing seatbelts, which they agreed to fix after purchase, but they have not been adequately responding to our emails, texts or calls, so I am not holding my breath on that one either. Do not trust these folks, go elsewhere! I feel like a complete l**** buying from this company. They will scam you. I think a lot of their reviews are fake, from family and friends, because they sold us a complete lemon and I believe they knew what they were doing, it was obvious that parts on the car had been taken out or replaced before they sold it to us. I plan to try to connect with others who've written similar reviews and take this to small claims court. I've offered to have him pay half and we pay half of the repairs but I have yet to receive word from him that he is going to carry through with that.

I bought from them 2 months ago and I normally hate the whole car buying experience and all the hassles that come with it, but they did a really good job helping me out on the price. I definitely recommend having an inspector check out the vehicle BEFORE you buy, there was an issue with the rear axle but once I brought it to their attention they offered to fix it for free! Besides that everything else went smoothly, my family and I couldn't be happier, thank you!
