We've been very happy with everything they've done for us here! Tri's fixed the front bumper and body of my RAV4 after a deer ran into it, it looked like it hadn't been in an accident at all. They also replaced the windshield of a corolla hatchback and kept all the stickers from the old windshield as well.Tri used to work for Toyota before he opened his own shop so he has the expertise and experience to do good work. His prices are very very competitive with other auto shops and I'm glad I can take our cars here. Highly recommend!

Hopefully from now on, A will inform the customer of the vehicle inspection fee before checking. Because not everyone has the money and time to repair their car on the spot, reporting the repair right away like that.

Have been going to Tri for at least 5 years and haven’t taken over 10 vehicles with him. Very reasonably priced, great communication, and has ALWAYS resolved the issue. Highly recommend Tri’s !!

SCREW this guy. Rude as hell on the phone. Not to mention the bait n switch style tactic they use on their website with the service quotes. They say you have to bring the car in for a quote. So then why have the option on your site if you're not going to give a quote? What a joke. Then when I explain I dont need a diagnosis I need a price for the repair. And I already had a mechanic diagnose the problem and before I could get out that he couldn't work on it till next week the idiot blurts out take it to him....lmfao! I say I cant hes working another job right now....then I hear ..yea we real busy here too. Frickin sad but hilarious at the same time. He was recommended to me by a friend...but I did read the reviews on line first and eventhough there were a lot of bad ones I still gave TRI a chance. Man.....Yelp is no Joke! They were 100% right. Steer clear of this guy. He is looking to just tack on any n everything he can to a bill. Simple power steering pump fix.....and hes looking for rack and pinion problems..shocks..breaks..motor mount problems lol. Wouldn't be shocked if he sabotages people cars so they have to come back n spend more money there. Tri you suck.

The last week I have been ubering to work. My car has been leaking oil and haven't been able start. Bought my car in within one day and it was done that same day. Not only tri auto repair, fix my car that same day but he went out of his way, to find what's affordable. My Uber rides cost more than the repairs. He also clean my motor which been spatters by oil and he also top off my oil. If you looking for someone, who's is fast convenient and affordable. I came expected to wait a long time for an oil change, but they worked on my car quickly and I didn't have to wait long. They even checked my tires pressure for free.

After a little trouble getting in touch with the business, I was able to get service setup. The form online at their website doesn't seem to be a way to schedule service. Got my vehicle in and fixed efficiently. It runs great and the price was reasonable.

I normally do not leave reviews for anything, but the head mechanic at this shop is an intelligent and honest guy. He has worked on several of my cars and is always efficient and more than fairly priced. Only place I take my cars. ??????

I was overcharged for the body work that was done on my car and as my car was sitting at the shop my front driver's window got broke and I did not get a discount for them in my car and such a bad manner. There still pieces that I pay for that was supposed to be put on with the body work that was not put on my car so there was a half done job that is not acceptable when you're paying for good service.
