Kevin did a Great Job on the Quick and Easy belt repair that I learned I was doing it wrong if, I looked at it a little closer and tried to access from the back I could’ve done it. Good teaching lesson and I learned that if I have the same situation I know how to handle it and if it’s something different I will definitely use them again. Thanks

Our experience with Travis County Appliance Repair was awesome. They were easy to schedule, showed up right on time and their cost was reasonable. Their technician, Kevin, was very professional and courteous. He came with the part and promptly fixed the problem which was a noisy Samsung refrigerator that required installation of an auxiliary defrost heating element.

Kevin was polite, knowledgeable, and fast at providing service. While he was unable to quiet our spin cycle on our Samsung washer (the repair cost would be excessive to the point of not being justifiable) he was able to give us good information to make an informed replacement decision. Apparently this Samsung washer has a manufacturing defect that causes the spin cycle to be VERY loud. Would gladly use Travis County Appliance Repair in the future.

Why do a service company that is more 25-50% more expensive just for a service fee with a longer wait time when there are multiple on google's first 5 entries that don't have either of those negatives...

Our built-in oven suddenly stopped heating and the control panel went dark. Within minutes of completing a Travis County Appliance Repair online service request form, I received a response indicating that an appointment was available the next business day. On the day of the appointment, the technician Michael texted me 45 minutes before his arrival precisely in the middle of the appointment window. Michael arrived and quickly and expertly accessed the oven control panel. After performing diagnostics, he determined the culprit was a thermal fuse. Michael had a replacement fuse in his vehicle which he installed and then tested the oven. Everything worked perfectly. Michael reassembled the panel and removed any residual trash. Michael was professional, personable and took care not to damage anything while in our home. This was my first experience using the services of Travis County Appliance Repair and I would definitely consider contacting them in the future.

We needed a pump for our washer. It was replaced quickly and I’m washing clothes again. No drama. A positive experience.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Recommended by a neighbor - filled out the online service request - contacted soon thereafter to schedule an appointment. Kevin was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem as the igniter on our oven. He replaced it with one he had brought and that fixed the problem.Great communication all along the way and excellent service. A little expensive but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend these folks.

Mike and his crew were absolutely AMAZING! They figured out the problem right away. Had parts with them on arrival to not double charge mobile fee. They did have to come back a second time (free of charge) There was a screw on too tight and they went back to ensure that everything ran correctly. Even suggested I buy a few parts on my own accord to save me money (hopefully he won't get in trouble for that comment). Really great communication and got in to see is really face.Service: Dishwasher repair

I appreciate honesty and these guys were honest. I told them about my problem and they suggested I skip the repair because the price would be 50% of a new washer, and I might as well do that instead. They likely could've gotten a diagnosis fee or more from me, but they didn't, and I appreciate that.

WARNING INTEGRITY IS A TRIGGER WORD! This is my first ever review, but the world needs to be warned. EDIT This man, Michael M is a LIAR. I never called him a scammer. I told him he had a lack or integrity. I am fully aware that parts are required to fix an appliance. He is STILL missing the point. He charged for work that was not done. That is having a lack of integrity. Good service requires ensuring that the repair was made not "appearing" that it was. Stop making excuses for your behavior and la k of integrity, Michael M! The repairman "fixed" my locked washer. As he was walking out he asked my daughter to run it to make sure it worked. It didn't but he left before noticing. Since it was only a few minutes after the repairman's departure I called them back. A man who seemed to be the owner answered and told me that I had paid a diagnosis fee so it wouldn't have been repaired. I let him know that I paid $183 not the $95 diagnosis fee. I asked him if the repairman could go back and fix the washer. He said he couldn't because he doesn't have the parts. I then questioned him about the repair fee since there was no repair. He immediately became irate. He told me it wasn't his fault I "was too dumb to understand" and that I was "fucking stupid". After he saw that he had charged for a repair he told me he would refund me that portion but never to call again. In his eyes, me being reimbursed for the repair portion erased the fact that I was charged without a repair. I never expected a free diagnosis. I expected a repair if I was charged for one. My washer wasn't fixed and now I have to pay another person to diagnose it. The behavior of this business' manager is some of the worst I've come in contact with. Don't hire them!

If it was possible to leave 0 stars, this would be the most appropriate circumstance. The overall customer service and work ethic the owner of this business has is HORRIBLE. We requested their services to "fix" our washer that was locked and wouldn't start. One of the employees came and "fixed" it and told me all I had to do was run the machine to see if it would unlock at the end of the cycle. He said that if it didn't, they would have to replace one of three parts they suspect are causing the problem. After he left, I went to run a load and my washer still wouldn't start. They basically charged us $183 to unlock our washer. When my mom called the company back to ask about what happened and why the job wasn't effectively done, the owner began to harass her by calling her stupid and cussing at her. In hopes of trying to resolve things, I called him myself since I was the person present during the repair and this man had the most long winded rant of repeating the same things over and over again. He took zero responsibility for anything and just kept saying, "You can't sit there and complain about words we said to you when a refund for the diagnosis ($80.10) was already issued. There is not harm done; you got your money back." This man seems to think a refund fixes everything; even his rude, immature ways of communicating with a paying customer. His claim about words meaning nothing made no sense because that is what good customer service is all about. Not only did this man go on and on about how they did nothing wrong, but he also hung up on me in the end. We should have never been charged for a diagnosis when there was never an official diagnosis given. It was all based on the circumstances AFTER running the washer, but it didn't even work because it was inefficiently repaired. The owner admit his employee was probably rushing, hence the half ass job he did. The statement the employee gave even stated he did not fix the washer, but the owner insisted they did nothing wrong and we had no reason to be upset. He also kept accusing us of telling him he scammed us when that word was never used to describe the situation. I'd advise this owner to go to therapy and hash out why the phrase "lack of integrity" triggers him so much because it seems all professionalism went out the door the second a truthful claim was made. Save your money. Don't waste your time with this negligent, LIAR of a "business owner". His response to my moms review was full of lies. He full on harassed her.
