Who the hell is running this place? I waited 42 minutes and they never touched my vehicle. I had to get out and close my hood and leave because I couldn’t wait anymore. During the 42 minutes they never finished one oil change. It would have taken over an hour. Ridiculous!

Guy was nice who did the oil change, but it took forever to get it done. He conducted an interview while I and other customers were waiting, apparently his boss got in an accident. Overall the waited 1hr30min starting at 7:45 in the morning with one car in front of me.
Eventually got the oil changed and spent another 10 minutes waiting for them to figure out how to get my oil change light off.
Probably not the guy changing my oils fault just much much longer than I anticipated or have experienced at a take5. I think in the future I’ll just do my part in making an appointment somewhere else with more notice. I think the quick convenience is probably lost at this point.

I think they cheat you on the oil. I heard them say “ a quart and a half” I then asked my car takes 5 quarts did it take “ a quart and a half extra”? The gentleman said no it takes five.
Why would they mention a quart and a half
After adding oil!?????
Seems really shady.
Go to Midas or some where else.

Really great service and fast (5 min wait to get in, 20 min for work), but seemed kind of pricey for a more than $100 pretax for synthetic oil change for a sedan.

I went on one day to try to get an inspection. It was pretty busy, but I was completely ignored the whole time I waited. I decided to leave to try another day and as I was leaving I saw them finally approach other vehicles telling them they weren't taking any more customers.
I went back a week or so later and was happy to see there was no line. I pulled up and told them I needed a state inspection so I could update my registration. They seemed hesitant at first, but had me pull into the bay and stay in the car while they did the inspection. I thought it was odd they didn't open the hood for fluid/leak checks, and they didn't seem to check the tires/brakes.
I go to the tax office a couple days later, and they inform me that they only did a safety inspection, and that the state inspection also needs to have an emissions test. They granted me the registration anyways, but that could have been time and money wasted if I had to go get another inspection done.
I liked at the inspection receipt after leaving the tax office and noticed it said I was charged for a MOTORCYCLE safety inspection....I drive a RAV4...

I pulled up on a day they were short staffed and super busy….. the lady and older gentleman working were absolutely amazing!! Their customer service is truly exceptional! They deserve a raise!!
