I bought a car from them in December for far more then it was actually worth. They spoke to me very condescending and they did a repair at the dealership replacing my engine and transmission mounts and a mechanic left a cv axel part loose putting my car back together which completely destroyed my wheel bearing and could have caused a very very serious accident and I'm 6 months pregnat there mechanics indirectly almost killed my unborn child. I had to go to Midas off ben white to get proper diagnosis and repairs done and they said they could not legally let me drive my car off there lot once they noticed all the damage that the mechanics at steve chapman motors caused to the vehicle because it was a liability. Midas told me if I sued steve chapman motorsI would definitely win especially since I'm pregnant .

The mexican lady was so rude, we went in to see about a cash vehicle, why ask what we are looking for if you are just going to give attitude??♀️. The vehicles are over priced and almost dead. $13,000 for over 250,000 mile vehicle ??

Go anywhere but here. Literally ANYWHERE. Also keep in mind that “purple power” is sold at any auto store and will make UNDERNEATH THE HOOD look clean and new. Purple power and a pressure wash = you believing there are no mechanical issues under the hood because you’re so impressed at how clean and new a 10 year old car looks.

They (Kyle Chapman Motors, another Chapman) violated an Installment Contract from Day 1. Enforced interrupt device without contractual authorization. Reported to OCCC and awaiting fair resolution. Stay away.
