The service was good but they deceived us, the sales manager told us that the car had 2 keys. In the end, only 1 showed up. I couldn't pick it up until the next day. They told me that it would be there in an hour and in the end it was almost 24 hours of waiting. Due to the car, very bad service, I do not recommend it to future clients.

Honestly I wasn't too happy after I got there and the things that y'all advertised was like a total joke... You all said that y'all had something to fit every budget with no credit or bad credit and I was not presented a good offer that I felt was worth it... Why is that yall will advertise a deal with many different perks and change up when I arrived. Prior to coming when I claim my voucher online, I received a call immediately afterwards and I explained to whoever I was speaking with what I was looking for in was assured that finding me a vehicle was my worries. I was not offered any of the perks advertised. While speaking with the salesman his other colleagues came in the office telling me different things, just very inconsistent with each other. I really felt belittled and treated unfairly. By having different people coming in the office it didn't help with the sale it just frustrated me even more and the offers we're not consistent. I totally felt I wasted my time, energy, and breath showing up for this appointment to get put in a vehicle. I told the salesman I was going to go out and speak with my ride and brainstorm with her. Low and behold the salesman comes out behind me and immediately ask my ride to co-sign for me. If I wanted her to co-sign I would have asked her myself. I felt that was very absurd for him to do that because that was not my intentions... I was completely embarrassed...I will definitely take my business elsewhere.Thanks but no thanks!!!

Our recent trip to the dealership was a huge success! We walked in on a Tuesday and, thanks to our fantastic salesperson Adonis, we drove away in a pre-owned vehicle just a few hours later. Adonis used no high pressure sales tactics and made sure we got the absolute best deal possible. The finance manager, Zeke, followed suit and didn't push for any unnecessary add-ons. To top it all off, they filled up the gas tank and detailed the car before handing us the keys. Needless to say, we were both surprised and grateful for such an easy and successful experience purchasing a new set of wheels.

Today I got a new jeep, Amanda Davila is my saleswoman. She is a really great saleswoman and will get you to the price you want. She will work with me this is my second car. If you have a budget she can get you where you need to be. Come ask for her !!

Worst dealership I’ve honestly been too. The communication in this place is horrible. They claim to have lost all my information a day after I came in which I sat 7 hrs then 7hr for another day for them to pretend to be working with me tell me what I need before even running it through a bank. Constantly telling me they’re working on a deal and not get back with me. I have never sat in dealership ever this long. If you don’t have a long day to spare or patience for disorganization and communication I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Bought a used Hyundai here late September 2023. The vehicle had a cracked windshield was promised a new windshield. Currently nov16 still haven’t received a new windshield and not a single update. Dishonest and shady business tactics. Take your business elsewhere!

Amanda Davila, Mike, and Adam were amazing!! I came in to just look at a car after looking at cars for a few days (had no plans to buy a car that same day). After driving the car and negotiating a deal they were able to negotiate a deal with me and give me an amazing price for my dream car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing a car from here and going to Amanda! They have a great team here. Adam was very helpful with signing the paperwork and Mike was very understanding when negotiating!
