LaTashia was so AMAZING! The shop was very clean and had a relaxing ambiance. We talked the entire appointment, and I literally cannot wait until my next appointment.

This was my first time at this salon and with LaTashia. Although I was late for my appointment, she was warm, welcoming and friendly. The shampoo and conditioner she used on my hair smelled amazing! The warm towel she put around my neck as she washed my hair was so relaxing. LaTashia is a natural conversationalist, so I was engaged. Before I knew it, my hair was done and it was time to go. I am looking forward to my next session.

Went to my hair straightening appt today and had such a great experience!
From the moment I walked in, LaTashia greeted me with a warm smile and calming energy ?
She was gentle and handled my full thick hair with such care, from the wash, to the blowdrying, even to the flat ironing and curling...and the conversations had were so interesting and fun, we exchanged laughs the ENTIRE time! She accepted me and all my craziness while showering my hair with love ?
LaTashia has definitely gained me as a repeat customer, not only because of her attention to detail and amazing natural hair skills...but also because of her good vibes and the personal experience she creates! Had me feeling like I was at a friend house, cutting up and having a good ol' time!

My daughter and I had an amazing experience with Something Natural Hair Salon today! Never have we ever had someone fully understand my daughter's curls and honestly every other stylist has been completely overwhelmed. LaTashia instantly made us feel welcome and came up with a perfect plan to get these exhausted tresses tamed. Her knowledge and quality of service is awesome, truly a top teir salon. Thank you ?

I am on the search for a hair care salon and went to Something Natural Care for a wash, blow dry, and much needed trim before I did a protective style. I enjoyed the 1-on-1 setup and the location was charming. There was parking, a cute cafe, bathrooms, etc… You might be asking what’s the big deal? Well, these days stylist make it hard to be comfortable. You can’t come early or too late, you can’t bring drinks, or it’s in their home and you feel slightly uncomfortable using their personal bathroom. So it was refreshing being in an actual salon again. Everything was gentle and it felt natural talking to her. She also was kind enough to braid up my hair so that I didn’t leave with just a blowout. It was a nice little touch.
The only complaint was that I have a dry scalp that appears post-wash that is pretty obvious. It lines my forehead and I thought she would ask about it, or try to add some kind moisturizer but she didn’t. I’ll attach a photo for reference. Otherwise, great experience.

Highly recommend! Brought my son here to get a wash and some cornrow’s as he is trying to grow his hair out. The owner was very welcoming and kind. The atmosphere is nice and there was no wait time. I’ll be back for myself as well. Thank you!

Brought my 6-year old daughter here for a wash and go and it was amazing! My daughter's hair was beautiful and LaTashia was so patient and kind to my daughter as she sat there having her hair done. Highly highly recommend!!!

This is a great salon. LaTashia is so knowledgeable and is concerned with understanding the health of your hair. When I came in I wanted to discuss issues I was having with my hair and my goals and she listened patiently and offered a plan. I never felt rushed or like she was just trying to get me in a style to move on with the day. The salon is also a very calming place where you get undivided attention to your needs. I will be back!

I've finally found my hair place in my new city. LaTashia is an amazing stylist and she had me leaving feeling so confident, and lovinggg my new look! Her salon is super cozy and feels like you're at home. On top of the hair, she is super sweet too which is a plus. Will be recommending her to every curly girl I know. I have my before and after photos posted, went in with normal curls... left with some sassy n cute bangs.

Y'all! It's been such a long time since I've left a salon and loved the end result of my hair! LaTashia has such great vibes and really listened to me. She wasn't just another stylist saying she can do something just to get paid. She's super educated in different hair textures and curl patterns, which is where I felt let down with other salons. I recommend to anyone looking for someone to trust with their curls (I swear she worked some magic)! Can't recommend enough!
