We have lousy apartments and there are lots of thieves who rob people and no one does anything because those who steal are minors and the manager is in her office without worrying about anything, what a disgusting place.

I just moved in and I love this place. The office staff are very helpful and friendly. My neighbors are super friendly and pool and playground is clean.

I’ve lived here for 5 years and in those years when I need a maintenance repair, they’re really good at fixing it fast. I also read other reviews saying that the apartments are infested with roaches. But in my opinion your home has to be taken care of, meaning clean it etc. If you don’t clean your home, you can’t expect to not have little bugs coming in to your home.The staff is awesome. !!!

I really am not sure why this place has been given such a terrible reputation. I am so glad that I didn’t allow a few negative reviews dissuade me in looking into this place. Clean facilities, friendly front office staff, affordable pricing. Large apartment units for a great price… for me that was the best option. Austin had gotten so expensive. I think bad tenants give places horrible value and unfortunately bad new travels faster than good.

I'm a contractor that has workers this property. The Office staff is great! I have walked this property inside and out. The apartments are being newly remodeled.Shantel the PM is very helpful.

This place literally has everyone not in 1 out of 16 spots playing russian roulette with their vehicles. Any time of the day too. This complex discourages visitors by limiting the parking. And the towing company has at leaat one extortionist working. I'd give it a 0 star but 1 is the lowest to allow a post. One thing these people lack is compassion to say the least. Some people...

Office staff is great. Management is great. Maintenance staff is overwhelmed, but overall, the price is right and you get what you pay for.

Lived here since 2015. Five stars due to the fact the price is right and you get what you pay for here. Office staff is great. We had a STELLAR maintenance staff, but unfortunately, the best maintenance people with the most expertise moved on. That's a crying shame. It happens in every industry. The best, most qualified people always move on. I hope this situation improves. All we need are one or two conscientious maintenance men to share their expertise and supervise and train existing staff. These are not luxury apartments by any means, but the price is right. You get what you pay for.
