I just had one of the best customer service experiences of my life all thanks to Tevin! With his warm and welcoming energy I immediately felt right at home. He was an absolute delight to talk with and was the highlight to my weekend. Please for the love of god someone give him a raise

Won’t let you carry your purse into a fitting room, and will hold it at an unattended counter.

Never open during posted hours. I waited 15 min for someone to come back from a “bathroom break” only for the worker to come back, take down that sign, and immediately put up a new sign saying “gone for lunch”.

I went to the mall specifically to come to this store at around 11:45 to find that the lights were off and the doors were locked. Its disappointing given that their hours state that they are open starting at 11 AM. I do not know if they close for lunch or if they changed their hours but I feel like that should be changed or updated so others do not waste their time.

Went to the mall, specifically to shop here, and they were not open during their posted hours. I was there over 1 hour after their opening time.

So this is it. This is the only mall in the Austin area? I won't include Snakeline Mall up north. Or the Domain since that is classified as a parking lot. For such a booming metro, what a weak weak weak mall. And Simon supposedly renovated this recently? I watched their massive undertaking and it seems all they did was replace glass and handrails. It has an Apple Store. It has some homeless people sitting on benches enjoying the atmosphere. They usually have some nice luggage stuffed around them to add to the ambiance. The food court is dirty and packed at lunch but the Chick Fil A is great. Parking lot needs new asphalt. Many closed stores but nowhere near a "dead mall" The Austin Metro is where mall dreams end. You'll have to drive to Dallas or Houstink for that experience. If they put some cash into this place it could be great but I strongly doubt we'll ever see this become the mall of our dreams.

Just left Ragstock. This is the 2nd issue i have had here and its a shame. I absolutely loved the cute cassette giftcard so i asked if i could have one. He told me that i needed to but some "bread" on there. So i said ok thats fine, ill just put the amoubt of what i was purchasing on there. He started making huffy noises like i was annoying him. Then he proceeded to tell me that i couls not purchase the gift card. I said i understand that, just put whatever the amount for the sunglasses on the card so i can purchase them with the giftcard so i can keep the gift card. Then he continued to make noises like i was a burden so i said "you know what, nevermind, obviously im annoying you." I left the store. Its a shame. Learn some customer service dude. I love to support but wow... 2nd poor experience here and i needed to post a review this time.

I almost always enjoy my visits to Nordstrom. I particularly enjoy the older gentleman who works in the shoe department (maybe Jim or Tim??). He's very enjoyable to work with, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I also love seeing Lili in the women's department. She's so bright and spunky, and she always seems to be the first to help me out when I wonder around. I'm always happy to see her flitting around while I peruse and felt like these people deserve a shout out for their excellence in customer service.

Am EXTREMELY disappointed in how the management is handling their covid policies. I was here just last week doing some last minute Christmas shopping and the amount of people allowed into the department stores was sickening. Not mention the amount of people in the mall not wearing their masks correctly. It's sad to see that employees aren't enforcing these policies... would not recommend coming here until covid cases decrease.

Walked in and couldn't believe how few people were socially distancing or wearing masks. Think I mean customers? I do but was also mortified to see employees (mainly at the kiosks) eschewing masks. This place runs the risk of being a COVID transmission hotspot without some kind of increased enforcement of masks.

it's a great huge mall. Very clean and very nice people there Are friendly. It's during COVID so there's many rules but amazing still. There's a sketcher store. Great massage chairs price starting at 5.00 per 15 mins. There was a huge clearance sale at cotton on and sales in every store. There are exclusive stores as well as the Macy's JCPenney and Dillards and Nordstrom. Due to covid some stores and kiosk chose to remain closed however there was a good amount of stores available.

What a disappointment !Medium mall with few big stores. Not budget friendly. Food court is tiny with 5 chains or so
