Katherine was so wonderful and helpful when trying to find my dress. She not only called me a few days prior to get to know me, but she is so attentive to questions I have now. All the staff was super friendly and it truly was such an lovely and easy experience to find my dress.

Amazing team!!! Had an amazing experience at PRONOVIAS! From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Jade was my stylist, and she listened to my vision and helped me find the perfect dress that made me feel both beautiful and confident!
The selection was gorgeous, and better yet, there was a sale! I especially appreciated Jade’s patience and expertise throughout the process. She was also very mindful of my budget. I went in not really knowing what to expect, and didn’t think I would be buying a dress then, but THE dress found me! I couldn't have asked for a better bridal shopping experience. So fun and memorable!
Highly recommend this store to any bride-to-be!

Loved my experience at Pronovias Austin. Itzel was the salesperson who assisted me and she was fantastic. Very helpful (not pushy at all) and made the visit really fun for my friends and I. She even went to the hassle of getting a dress shipped from their Boston store so that I could try it on, which I know was not easy to get! The gowns at Pronovia are exquisite. My two favorite dresses were both at this store. After visiting four other shops, this was still the best selection I saw in terms of quality and variety. Beautiful details, especially from the Atelier line. I would highly recommend shopping for your wedding dress here! Very special, beautiful store with lovely staff :)

My mom and I loved our experience here! Itzel was the one who helped us, and she made sure to listen to every thought, idea, and concern that I had, and tailored the entire experience into making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Everyone listened to my vision for how I wanted to look and Itzel brought a lot of gorgeous options for me to choose from, and I quickly found my dream dress because of her. It feels like everyone there is your friend. I have been back several times for fittings and to pick my dress up, and Itzel always remembers who I am like we are old friends. I just can’t recommend them enough.

EDIT: My dress was an absolute dream, and altered to perfection. I got so many compliments on the dress I chose, it felt very unique and modern in 2024! The fabric looked like I was covered in pearls and sparkles. Very seamless experience with Pronovias and loved their customer service and communication during the entire process.

Very awkward experience. I had an amazing virtual appointment where we discussed, budget, style and really everything else to make it a smooth appointment. I favorited about 13 dresses (all of a similar style).
I got to the appointment and realized my virtual stylist (even though she was in store and came to greet us) would not be my actual stylist. I will note the actual stylist (I believe her name was Abigail) was very friendly, I think this is just the way they do things.
Once I got to my appointment, I felt almost on my own. For starters, they didn’t know where to put my family and I. She moved us about 3 different times. Then she told me to kinda just go look around and disappeared. I don’t mind looking around but we hadn’t discussed anything yet. It was so awkward and lonely. My family and I just felt a bit out of place.
Once we started trying on dresses I got much more comfortable and had great conversations with the stylist, but I soon found out of the 13 dresses I favorited on my account, only 2 were in store ??♀️ that was almost heartbreaking because I discussed specific dresses with the virtual stylist, I just wish I would’ve known that beforehand.
Nevertheless, we found a few beautiful dresses but none really spoke to me which is no fault of theirs! I did feel a bit rushed, like they threw a veil on the last dress that I didn’t really care for but at that point I knew I wouldn’t be finding anything there. So I just wanted it to be over with.
I set a follow up appointment in hopes to find something else when I came back with more family but I went ahead and cancelled it as I decided we just weren’t a good match.
I want to note the staff were not rude, we did have good conversations towards the end; like I said I really think this is how Pronovias just does things I did see a lot of people have had great experiences so I recommend experiencing Pronovias for yourself

Pronovia’s was amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful! From the process of picking my dress, to alterations, to picking it up, everything was amazing. Abigail was my stylist and she was able to pick exactly what I wanted on the first try. I cannot thank the staff enough for their dedication and commitment to making sure my dress was perfect for my big day!

I purchased my wedding and after party dress at Pronovias! The whole experience was wonderful. My consultant was so kind and helpful. I came in with a specific vision and ended up completely changing my mind after she pulled what ended up being “the dress.” During my two fittings, the store manager and seamstress were so patient and attentive with my very detail oriented requests regarding the tailoring. I was never made to feel dramatic or like a burden to them. I found my second dress during one of my fittings and they rushed the tailoring for me so it would be ready for my wedding. The dresses ended up fitting me perfectly - I was so happy with the entire experience. I would recommend this store to anyone.

The service here is top notch!! I felt like the bride queen I was!! They made sure to listen to me and to always answer my questions and calls. They fitted me to my dream dress and two vails later worked with me on my change for vails for my dream dress vision to come true! I love this store and everything about the staff and of course my wedding dress
