Brandi and Zane are amazing. I'm a mortgage broker with 100s of options. It's rare to find a team that isn't afraid to get elbow deep into the "stuff" hard money/investment loans can throw at you. In one of my hardest files to date, Zane, Brandi and Co. did what they could to help me deliver to my clients. I thank God for their knowledge, diligence and hard work. Park Place Finance has given me one of the smoothest lending experiences. I did my first 2 loans with them recently and I could believe how quickly both were CTC. They were ready to fund way before my closing dates. Colby Schmidt, my LO and Nicole Mullins, the processor were both very professional and effective. I'd recommend them 100%.

Joe and Jose were great at answering questions and supporting me through the hard money loan process. Hard money loans are certainly a different process than conventional mortgages but overall the process was pretty seamless.

I found Park Place Finance through a realtor friend of mine who had a client that worked with them for hard money loans. An opportunity came up where my husband & I needed a fix-and-flip loan & I just reached out to Connor Donovan to see what our options were! He answered the phone immediately & explained the entire process to us. He was so helpful throughout the entire process & answered any questions we had. He definitely made the entire experience super quick & easy. We will definitely be using him for future projects!

I recently worked with Carter, Connor and Colby on a bridge loan for an investment property in Milwaukee.They were on top of things throughout the entire process. What I like best about this team is that they navigate through the process in a way that works for you.They’re the easiest to work with and were able to close by deal in about 2 weeks.I also got to talk to more folks including Justin ( CEO ).I would definitely recommend the team and Park Place to any investor ( new or experienced ). I wish I had seen the BBB reviews before working with this lender. My experience is quite similar to those who left poor reviews. Park Place could not deliver on my client's new construction loan, despite them jumping through every hoop presesnted. Seems like they can approve anything, and don't mind stringing borrowers along throughout the process. Four months later, after the loan sat in final underwriting for over 5 weeks, we were told that their capital partners "had no appetitie for the loan." The lender rep, Zane, and his team lead, Evan, were very unhelpful throughout the process, and when I requested to speak to someone above them in the company, my request fell on deaf ears. When I asked them to send my borrower a denial letter, Evan said "Why? I just told you the reason." Unbelievable. In seven years of brokering loans, I have never had a worse customer service experience. Don't waste your time or your money with this lender. They are extremely unreliable.
