What an amazing little shop. We were greeted upon entry. Everything was laid out neatly, allowing for easy shopping. This store has crafting items that I have never seen before. I enjoyed browsing the selections. The lady who checked us out was very friendly and communicative. I would definitely visit this store again if I am in the area.

I love paper source, the store is amazing! However, my experience there on Sunday March 3rd was so unnecessary? My boyfriend and I are looking around and we have a bag from Whole Foods since we had just shopped there and my tote bag which is small. If there was a bag policy, I’m sure one of the ladies would’ve told me but none did. We check out and are about to leave, an older lady with short black hair and a blue button up asks if we put away an item that we were going to get (we didn’t after all and my boyfriend placed it back where it was) and I was just left dumbfounded because what was she trying to insinuate??? Not to mention she was hostile the whole time, didn’t seem like she wanted to be there, and was following my bf and I around the store. 0/10 experience.

Worst place to get your work done. There is no sense of hospitality. If you are alone in the store and doing all work; then take a break and tell customers that you are occupied and will do it later. You dont yell at customer for your work stress

I offered to leave my backpack and tote bag at the front and was told it wasn’t necessary by a different worker but I still did, and I still got accused of stealing. The heavy set male worker with the black glasses followed me and my partner throughout the store, he visibly saw me put an item back near the bottom row of the shelf and then he proceeds to tell the other workers I stole something from the top shelf that I cannot even reach as well as the item he accused me of stealing wasn’t the item I was holding.

Natalie is just the SWEETEST! Although Father’s Day just passed, we went in there for a belated Father’s Day card. She brought out the ENTIRE box of Father’s Day cards that she had already put away, with a good mood and with great care. She absolutely made our day!! What a sweetheart. Protect her at all costs.

There was lots of staff working but no one seemed interested that we were there. We were the only customers in the store and were practically ignored.

This store closes at 7pm, not 8pm. (google says 8)Not to mention, I technically arrived 5 min before 7 but they had already locked the doors. Lost my business.
