Print job is not done correctly and on time. Gave them another day to fix it and return the next day but it wasn’t ready as well!! Do not trust them anymore to do my print job!! Will never return there again. Employees are the for paycheck. Didn’t look like they like their job or care about customers.

They just refused to print my photos.They said it was a photo for documents.I said I wanted to frame my photos at home.They just turned their backs and walked away. Very unprofessional.

Lady in the printing service is extremely rude, called over the phone to check if my order was ready because I had not received anything. Stated she needed an order number let her know I did not have one gave her my name. Got even more rude didn’t even check to see if it was there stated she couldn’t do anything without the order number. I showed up in the store same thing she’s rude and argumentative instead of trying to help me she just automatically had an attitude from beginning to end I let her know I did not receive any email regarding my order nor was it in junk. Thank you who the gentleman that just asked my named to help locate the posters.

I came in with a rather difficult order that other people have not previously been able to help me with Michael H was so kind and patient and knowledgeable. Honestly I was a little frustrated no one else was able to help he kindly explained to me that the others are not trained to do what he did for me. I'm thankful that he is knowledgeable and has the training to do what he did. If it wasn't for Michael I would have been forced to go somewhere else. From now on I will be coming only when I know Michael is working. Everyone else is kind they have great customer service but they are not able to help you with your files and if you don't know how to do what needs to be done then your just out of luck. I feel maybe everyone should have the same training he has. Eather way I'm greatful I got what I needed today. And the customer service was top notch

I bought a backpack at Office Depot/Max. It was $131 MORE than the cost of what I would have paid if I ordered it on Amazon. I encourage you, before paying for anything at Office Depot/Max to do your homework. Not doing so cost me a LOT of money.

Their inventory often runs a bit short of what I need, when I need it, but recently I purchased a new desk and file cabinet. The staff was super/friendly, helpful and courteous. And they had almost everything I needed in stock, but short on 4 items.

Good experience ordering. When I picked up the order it couldn't be found so the associate put the order together again, including a portable file storage case. The next day I discovered the case was cracked.
