After reading the reviews here plus our own experience, I'd give this store zero stars. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Months ago, a contractor gave us the name of his sales rep here (Katy something) and told us to call her and schedule an appointment. So I called, left a voicemail, and never got a call back. We went in later without an appointment since I couldn't get a hold of her, and she was completely dismissive ("Sorry I'm busy with paperwork so can't help you for more than 5 minutes."). Flash forward a few months and we went back to finalize selections. Of course, that same rep is the only one there that afternoon and before we can even say a word, she immediately gets up and says, "Sorry all the other sales reps are out, and I need to man the phone so I can't help you." Maybe we just got unlucky with this one rep, but I'd say you're better off going to Facets of Austin or another plumbing supply store to work with a company that actually cares about earning your business.

These folks sold me a lemon $3800 KitchenAid gas range that was falling apart from the start. When the repairman came out for the third time he actually asked : " do you guys cook everyday ? What ?? Yeah he said these stoves are not for people who cook a lot "" Not even a return call from the dealer after spending $30,000 over a POS stove.Anyone will tell you that KA customer service is a joke but when you add a crap dealer like Expressions it makes it worse .

Sara Perez at Expressions Home Gallery in Houston helped me retrofit a tub faucet/shower kit so that i could adjust the flow of the water not just the temperature of the water. It took several calls and lots of research on her part to help me. Then a couple of unexpected glitches happened along the way. There was back order delays, delivery to the wrong address and then later the part being stolen off my porch! But Expressions came thru the whole time. Kashay, the manager was very accommodating, making sure i was a happy customer. Thanks so much for seeing this to fruition.

I have visited the Expressions Home Gallery on several occasions and have always been impressed with the prompt customer service and quality of appliances. I have worked with Arden for the purchase of a cooktop and a dishwasher, and was not disappointed with either. I also want to give a shout out to Paula Jorgensen, store manager and Arden Carroll for their generosity in donating a Sub-Zero Wolf wine cooler for a charity close to my heart. The Kingwood Fallen Heroes Memorial Golf Tournament, held Oct 23, 2021 at the Clubs of Kingwood, honors three fallen Kingwood residents, my son Sgt., Brandon Bury, USMC being one. The 501C3 charity raises money for military-related charities. Expressions Home Gallery donated the wine cooler, that was used as the grand prize. Ticket sales went through the roof knowing that someone could win such a prize. Attached are pictures from the event; 1) placed in the sign-in room for the golfers to register and 2) placed in the dining room.Thank you Expressions Home Gallery for your worthwhile donation. Exceptional Custom Service - Paula Jorgensen and Amanda Dees were fantastic to work with. The showroom has wonderful selections, and they are extremely knowledgable about all products. We did an entire kitchen and master bath with them and would do it again! Their pricing is competitive. When there was a problem with one of the appliances, they went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of, even when the manufacturer was reticent to be of assistance. We shopped at several other appliance stores, and Expressions Home Gallery was superior
