If I could leave a zero star i would. We have used this company previously 4 years ago, with no issues. When were ready to move again we contacted them and a move was scheduled for \\\"the week of the 18th, December\\\" since then they are not returmning calls, or emails from us or our office. We have no idea what is going on. But leaving a family high and dry during the month of December with no answers is incredibly unprofessional.

Chris and his team are the best. They moved our stuff from apartment to house. And everything went so smooth. They never rushed the process. And took very good care of all our stuff. Highly recommend them.They might have less reviews here but they have been in the business for a very long time now.

I had a move scheduled with M&M Super Movers. They failed to show up. I called them multiple times with no answer. Three hours later the guy called me and he really didnt seem to care. I will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

April and Chris are awesome. They are on top of it. They are the one to call if you need a mover. Don't look any where else. When you call you will have to probably leave a message but don't worry they will call you back. Let them do your next move or even come and load up the truck for you

Don’t use this company. My daughter paid them $1000 to move her. The day before she was suppose to move they canceled citing COVID as their reason. She has not been refunded and they won’t return her calls. I’m planning on reporting this to the Attorney General to report them as fraudulent. I’m also making a viral video to warn people about them.

Thank you Chris and Jack for a seamless and painless move! Moving 3 hours away is a daunting task, not with these guys, so prompt and set everything up in the new house! I would recommend M & M every time!!

I had M&M handle our move and was very pleased over all. The final cost came in within a couple of dollars of the first quote. April was very helpful in the quoting and coordination and Chris and his crew were on time and handled the move well. They even worked with us to do the load much earlier than originally scheduled to allow us to complete closing on our new home before they then showed up for the unload after about an hour interim period. This with less than 48 hrs notice of our need for such accommodation because our mortgage company screwed up and forced a 24 hr delay to our closing. We only had two very minor issues with the actual move: water to the refrigerator was not turned on and a small area of surface damage to our wood floor near the laundry. Neither worth making an issue—touch up marker took care of the floor and I turned the water on myself. Thanks to April, Chris and the rest of the crew for making what could have been a very stressful situation about as smooth and seamless as possible. Highly recommended.

My husband's name is Walter Girton. He wasn't paid for 2 days. Then m&m supermoving didnt have work. So he got a new job. We have tryed several times to get in touch by calling and going to the warehouse but chris Mathews never returned any phone calls.

If you are using M&M Supermoving you better have a back up plan because they don't. M&M were scheduled to move us on the 31st of May when their truck broke down. They had no back up plan and didn't even try to get us moved as scheduled. Just told us to find another company. Do you know how hard it is find a new moving company that can do same day move!?!? The owner would not answer the phone for us or the apartment finders who have a contract with M&M for their website. Horrible customer service! They caused us so much unneeded stress and extra money for their lack of trying to take care of their customers in this situation.

On August 23 2016 I was scheduled for moving. The truck showed up over an hour late to the pick up with no call telling me why. I had to call multiple times requesting an ETA each time i was told 10 minutes or less for that to be a lie.

Used this company over the weekend for a relocation movie starting in San Antonio and going up to Austin. I booked them through their online site (20% discount wooo) and spoke with April for the most part. She was courteous and friendly and helped us through this transition. The crew (Chris and 1 other gentlemen) arrived within the scheduled window and were finished loading my stuff within an hour. Everything was strapped down correctly and the inventory sheet was amended to add some items I left out on the online questionnaire. Unloading the stuff was just as fast despite heavy rain and only a couple of our items got wet enough to need be dried in the dryer. Definitely a fair price and would use them again in a heartbeat. Support locally! Thank you all for making moving stress free!
