This review is way overdue. They assisted me in a move from a 1 bedroom apartment to another 1 bedroom apartment. The positives: They were able to fit me in last minute and showed up on time. They seemed to be going really fast even in the rain and were flexible enough to use the alternate entrance. The negatives: They were careless with my stuff. This is the most damage I have experienced with my furniture. My office desk was damaged and when I called to discuss it, the owner was extremely rude to me. Overall, I would not use them again.

We used infinity moving for the second time for a home move and we were just as pleased as the first time. The first move was over seven years ago so I thought I would give them a call this time, and they still had very competitive pricing, showed up on time, were very efficient, and delivered everything without any issues for an out-of-town move! Well done again!

Great! They don't use an official moving truck but it was fine. They couldn't fit everything which wasn't great but it is what it is. They didn't break anything so I am happy! Great hard workers

I have used Infinity Moving all three times I moved and all three times have been excellent experiences. Price wise, they are the most affordable. Customer service, they are always responsive in a timely manner and Rachael is always extremely helpful on the phone. When it comes to the physical moving part, they are always friendly, but also move swiftly to get the job done as fast as possible. The first time, they came and I forget the two men's names but they were extremely respectful. One of my purses had fallen to the back of my closest and I hadnt noticed. When they went to move me, he kindly pointed it out and requested permission to touch my purse (talk about being raised right!!) Second time, Ben (the owner) came out and was part of the moving crew himself. He also mounts TVs which is really handy when moving. Third time, which was yesterday, Paul and Xavier moved me and the experience was also amazing! I moved into a third floor apartment with no elevator and they one got it done VERY quickly and not once did they comment on the 3 flights of stairs or hard corners. Never had anything broken and they always are punctual!! Def will continue to use this company whenever I move.

There's a reason why Infinity Moving Company has a high yelp rating. They responded quickly to my quote request and their bid, while not the lowest was extremely competitive. It was also money well spent. I recently purchased a Pilates reformer from a private residence and Paul and Xavier were very careful moving the reformer into an elevator with a very tight fit. They were also on time and extremely passionate about their profession. They are an asset to Infinity Moving Company and I plan on utilizing their services again in the future.

Y'all should hire Jamal and Paul! They were kind, fast, and very impressive lifting and trailer driving skills. Infinity moving should give them a fat raise. Highly recommend!

We used infinity moving for our move from oak hill to Lakeway and this company was amazing. This was the first time we have used a moving company so we were nervous about all the horror stories that come along with moving companies, but this move was an absolute breeze. Not even a single ikea item was broken or scratched. I was so impressed with them. We moved on June 21st and it just happened to also be the hottest day we had had in Austin yet, so Rachel called and asked if we could add an extra mover to keep their crew from burning themselves out. I was more than happy to do that even if it was a little more money an hour because it was going to reduce the amount of hours we would need them for. Also, I love that this company took that into consideration because happy employees means a better company. We had a crazy heavy dresser that needed to get moved down the stairs that were angled really awkwardly (I can't even remember how exactly we got it up the stairs to begin with) but there was some damage to the wall and the movers told me to contact the owners of the company and they would come out to fix it. The owner messaged me right away to schedule a time to come fix the wall and he made it look like nothing ever happened. Rico, Jamal, and xavier were my movers and they were absolutely amazing to have help us. We will definitely use this company for moving again.

Just got done using Infinity Moving. I got to say, Rico , Jamal and Bryan are the A - Team. We didn't have a ramp for the first 2 hours, but their amazing attitude and can do attitude got the job done of unloading two 18 wheeler ABF trailers. These guys hustled in 104 degree Austin weather. Never seen such hard working efficient people. They were very courteous of the walls and where things went. I was extremely happy with their help, and I would recommend them again any day of the week. Thanks a lot guys, without your help, I don't know how I would of got this done.

Infinity moving was amazing. We had 2 crews on 2 different days help us unload PODS. Both crews were on-time, professional and efficient. They placed items where we needed and did so without damaging anything or any part of the house. I would highly recommend them. Jamal and Rico were our first team and Mark and Brian were the second team. All 4 were terrific.

The entire process of working with Infinity Moving was efficient, professional, and a great value. From the moment I called the office, Rachel was accommodating and scheduled us for a last minute move. The movers showed up on time on moving day and were friendly and aware of any fragile or important items. I fully expected the move to take 3-4 hours including 45 minutes of travel. The team had us packed, traveled, and unloaded in less than 3 hours. This place will be my first call if I ever move again!
