Lovely jewelry and even lovelier people.Super personalized service. The entire staff was incredibly responsive. Loved working with Stephanie.Ultimately purchased a beautiful set of diamond climber earrings to wear to a formal event.And when I had questions about how they would look on, they immediately snapped a selfie of themselves wearing these earrings. And sent shots from a couple of angles. Amazing!So excited to find this place in Austin. I will be back!

I enjoyed how Stephanie and Amelie facilitated the process of helping me find the perfect piece .They were most helpful and patient with me. I appreciate their kindness in making the process seamless. Not to mention I get so many compliments on my diamond studs! My husband also had my custom engagement ring made with with Amelie and I absolutely love the design. Stephanie currently worked on my wedding band to match and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm so grateful for their artistic abilities to create such beautiful unique pieces.

My now fiancé and I made the trip to Austin from San Antonio after a recommendation to Identity Diamonds, as I was looking, very specifically, for a purple sapphire. We were not disappointed. They were able to accommodate the setting to fit the stone, and now I have a stunning ring that has both sentimental value from being a family heirloom and my own! They also made sure my band fit perfectly around the engagement ring and were on time and extremely communicative throughout the process. My husband bought my engagement ring and band from Identity Diamonds. From day 1, he had the best experience with them. He wanted to support a small business that ethically sourced their stones and this place was everything and more! This weekend, I had an unfortunate accident that caused my stone to fly out of its setting. I brought the ring in for Stephanie to inspect, fully expecting to have to drop it off and wait patiently for the repairs to be done, and for a potentially hefty repair bill. Stephanie had my ring back to me in under ten minutes, good as new! She even shined her up for me! When I offered to pay, she refused and told me it was covered under warranty. These ladies are top notch and I am so excited to come back and give them future business!!

My engagement ring came from here and it's the most beautiful thing I've ever worn! I love knowing that it's ethically sourced and from a local, woman-owned business.The women working here are super kind and were really helpful in getting it re-sized for me since I didn't know my ring size, never having owned any rings that weren't just a 10-pack from Target haha.I love having a unique gemstone ring that isn't grossly expensive but still sparkly, beautiful, and very well-made. It's something I can see myself still wearing into my old age. If you want something with a personal touch and especially if you like a good selection of gemstones and unique designs, this is a great shop!

I bought my girlfriend an engagement ring from identity. I saw the ring on Pinterest with no link and made it my mission to find out where to buy it and it was them! I had multiple questions for them in the process and they answered all of them through email in a timely manner. Multiple payment options, including affirm which was great for me. We both love the ring, can't wait to get mine!

I can't say enough about the team at Identity Diamonds and I will be recommending anybody I know that is looking for a great jeweler to them. As an oblivious guy who has never paid attention engagement rings, Amelie mocked up several versions of a custom ring for me as I went back and forth on what I needed. Her patience, knowledge, and expertise really made everything as stress-free as could be. Oh and the ring, my Fiancée absolutely loves it as does everybody she shows it to. The attention to detail and amazing design make the ring just perfect and we couldn't be happier to look at the ring Identity Diamonds created for us for the rest of our lives!

Amelie created a custom ring for me using 2 stones I had. She perfectly captured my vision for it and had it ready very fast even with her store experiencing two brief closures due to Covid and an ice storm. I’m admittedly not the most patient person but they had the ring ready in 9 weeks and treated me like a VIP throughout the whole process.
