I am a young black male 27 years of age. I met and agreed with an employee (mike) to come to Inc mortgage to repair his windshield. When I arrived I was completely discriminated against and lied to by the receptionist and a higher up.Troy or terry cant remember his name . They did not try to help figure things out instead they encouraged me to leave them proceed to call the police on me. Had I been a white young man or just not a black guy outside I would’ve been treated with common respect and courtesy. I don’t recommend anyone use this bank for any reason for this isn’t much different than another case of BANKING WHILE BLACK in America .I only wanted to help and do the job I was there for to feed my family . Sad when the world come to this and these our the type of people in banking and politics ect. I hope no one is treated the way I was there at the property for any reason. I did not pose a threat I was very kind soft spoken and respectful. To leave empty handed and hurt ! I will be sharing this on every social media platform as well as my friends and family to get the word out how I was treated to keep as many people away from this place as possible

This was my first time purchasing a home and having nobody to guide it, honestly it was quite rough. I was working with Thuy at the time and all I can say is that she went above and beyond. Not only did she answered all of my questions and concerns, but she also guided me through the general process. I highly recommend Thuy if anybody were to need dedicated person like her.
