Jake at Functional Sports Therapy & Fitness is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, listening and clearly communicating during treatment and available between appointments. After the FIRST visit, I went home ready to resume running! I wish I hadn't wasted 2 months, hoping the ankle pain would subside, to schedule an appointment (which is extremely convenient online). With long-term health in mind, Jake is incredible at pinpointing, treating, and preventing potential injuries and giving exercises to build and strengthen targeted areas. I highly recommend Jake Norman!

Jake is a very skilled and knowledgeable therapist producing great results in a very short period of time. I had tendinitis and with very few sessions it is greatly improving.

Jake is super helpful! Listens and really helps fix the root of the problem with exercises as well as physical manipulation of problem areas.

This therapy helped me get relief after a car accident. It's expensive, but worth it if your body is tied in knots. My doctor is a fan of this therapy and was happy to prescribe it whereas she would not prescribe regular massage since regular massage only provides temporary relief. Jake knows what he is doing and is able to zone in on the critical points. This can be more intense than a deep tissue massage but not as painful as airrosti therapy. Jake is great at showing you moves you can do at home to heal yourself. If I had the time and money I would go every week. Active release is especially helpful for athletes.

I had been having tension headaches and neck pain for months and I was referred to FST for help. A friend recommended that I request Jake, and I am INCREDIBLY glad that I did! I had been to 4 different places before going to Jake to get massages and they did nothing, but after one session with Jake my headaches and neck pain were gone. He is knowledgeable, professional, and gave some great tips and advice. If only I could give 6 stars!

I've always had bad knees and after starting up a work out routine they were getting worse. Jake and his ART was able to get me up and moving around. I was able to continue working out and completed my first half marathon. I highly recommend Jake if you have any chronic issues or ones that pop up after a workout.

Thanks to Jake, I'm able to perform better while in the gym and sleeping improved tremendously. I went in with shoulder pain only to find out I had an array of other issues that needed attention. After a few sessions, we were able to find the root cause of my muscle tension. I cannot thank him enough for his help!
