The male that works here is so RUDE! EVERYTIME! I just got yelled at because the food was priced wrong. All of it!That was so unnecessary. The lady however is always welcoming.I don't know if they are husband and wife but She might need to give him a few CUSTOMER SERVICE tips!

Sometimes people are nice but the men when they're there are beyond rude and dismissive. They couldn't care less if you shopped there or not and most of the time act like simply checking you out is a big waste of their time...even though it's a convenience store. It's convenient because of my apartment location but I will NEVER come here ever again. They don't know the prices on things and tried to charge me SIXTY DOLLARS for a six pack of beer that is everywhere else for ten bucks. Forwarding this to their beer and liquor distributors and breweries they carry to show how bad they're trying to destroy the brands of. Avoid at all costs.

Great Austin store! I come here 2-3 times a week for fast snacks and drinks. They also recently started selling groceries which has been a plus in case I can't make it to the store. Sunny is nice and offers great customer service too. :) Come here if you need a quick snack or meal in a clean environment!

Insanely costly prices … bought 2 haegen daez ice cream bars … they charged me 4.09$ per piece … while the same ice cream at H‑E‑B costs 1.19$… I understand there is some premium to a non chain shop , but this is plain crazy …. Hope this review make people aware …

Nice little convenient spot. Right in the middle of the Riata area.Most times I pop in the grab some snacks or a drink, and sense its in walking distance there's no need to drive.Basically a gas station with out the gas. Kinda wish it was more of a grocery store, it would be nice to pick up fresh fruit or meats for dinner.

Nice renovations going on with this business. Cakes are delicious, and I sometimes trick myself to eat healthy when I see a ripe fresh avocado on the shelf. :D

I had noticed these people over-charge on almost everything, but I was fine since it used to be $2-3, but recently I was charged $20 on top of the usual price for an item. I asked them to return it within a minute's time after checking the price I had previously bought it for from another place couple of times. However, I was asked to visit them the next morning since the person on the counter did not have access to the admin rights to return it after talking to the owner of the place. I returned the next morning only to find a person who initially claimed to be the owner of the place and later give me all sorts of excuses to not return it. With due respect, price gouging is illegal and looking at your other google reviews, I am certain that this is a daily affair for you guys and the responses to your other google reviews mention that the management has changed and it is a new management that does not have this problem. I don't think anything has changed. You guys are still horrible.
